To my understanding, all the state/ city can do is bill the estate of the deceased(unless underaged.) Car insurance should cover these costs as well. When my duaghter totaled my wife's PT Cruiser a few months ago, the tow and clean-up bill was $275. I think $75 of that was for clean-up. We can ask the LEOs on here but I think that the wrecker crew is required by law to make the street safe and passible before they leave.

Sorry but for some of us lower income brackets the only way we can afford to have a 1911 is to own a imported POS that only shoots as accurate as the man pulling the trigger. two words.....situational awarness....these two words mean more than OC/CC. ever would.

I think a better strategy would be to put real people up for elections with real solutions for real problems and quit following the same old lies then we might see a change in voting turnouts. Most lower class people vote just because they understand that it is the one thing that they posess that cannot be taken away. Where everything else is subject to be take away. This belief is ussually common in the generation that lived through the Great Depression( not this one) when they saw everything being taken away. It is our responsibility to teach different generations how important it is to watch the debates and vote for the cantidates that best represent their beliefs.

I guess I am almost as bad as you dolomite. I was excluded from military service(diabetic) have one child in ROTC, the other going for enlistment physical next week, am moving out of town to the country, own guns and a pit bull and work regularly with SPCA to save pit bulls all over the area.
