I have been looking for something in 9mm just for shtf situations and you may have just sold me on this. I have been semi prepping for the worst in trying to get a collection of the most popular calibers and one day realized that I don't support the most popular caliber of all 9mm. One of the biggest reasons I got my HCP is for traveling around Detroit while visiting in-laws. I have always owned guns for hunting and home protection. Growing up in rural west TN I never felt the need to carry. After 1 trip to Detroit I got my HCP and carry almost everywhere. Now in the current economic times I won't even go to Jackson without carrying. Traveling around Detroit is like a third world country. I am glad to here that. I still watch red jacket for entertainment sake( nothing else on and they blow things up.) but that is getting ridiculous . I hate American guns. Man this really upsets me. I was thinking of adding a model 92 to my collections because I don't own anything in 9mm and want a wide varieties of calibers for the zombie apocalypse. Now I have to start over in my shopping( it takes me months to find and purchase a gun because I don't sell guns.) if Jet Li can take it apart one handed I am sure the crackheads on the street can. I think a better sign would be appropriate. Something to the tune of please keep loaded weapons holstered. When The great outdoor store had the range in Jackson there policy was holstered weapons must be unloaded. Basically no one enforced the rule with HCP holders because all of the employees OC there weapons. Of course I never saw anyone unholster a weapon outside the range while I was there.
