Romney might pull off this election if the republicans can prove the ongoing huge voter fraud, and get those votes thrown out. The voter fraud laws should be so stiff that no one would even contemplate committing voter fraud.
I agree it should be a felony with 1year minimum no early release and lose voting rights forever no way to expunge or be restored. I don't know what the punishment is now but it can't be bad enough. JTM Sent from my iPhone

I have heard of them while living very close to there. I have never seen one tho. There are a lot of exotics in Tx so nothing surprises me. If I recall correctly this is some sort of genetic shortcoming and they won't breed with other deer. Kinda like the white squirrels. Sent from iPad in the woods.
When I was ready for one I posted up a WTB thread, here on TGO. A week later I was cleaning cosmoline and lustfully eyeballing a 440 count box of 7.62x54R.
CAN. The boxes are 880. I was the same way. Next thing I knew I had several cans.
Have you ever been to Texas? Those ol'e boys down there fill up massive hoppers with corn, sit in a "camouflaged" shed", and wait. That's hunting alright.
I spent five years hunting in SW Texas and due to the vast land area, I determined that you would never see deer without baiting. In reality, the feeders usually attracted small meat deer but trophy deer where almost never seen on the corn during daylight. If you wanted to get big deer you had to hunt scout and everything that you do here. And the feeders we used were 400 lbs each. And most blinds weren't camo'ed onced the deer became acclimated to them they paid them no attention.
there is nothing "wrong" with a glock except personal preference. The same can be said of *most* guns in the same price range, though. The stuff I like about a glock: accurate, reliable, rugged, simple, good sights, decent controls. the stuff I dislike about a glock: fat, funky grip angle, annoying trigger "safety" device, long spongy trigger pull, springs are a little strong (easy to fix), cannot change the grips. As you can see, every single one of my dislikes are just personal taste. The only thing I will say in conclusion is this: do not get a glock just because a billionty other people have them and tell you to get a glock. If you like them, then by all means get one, but if you have not fired one, its the single most popular brand and should be NO problem to borrow one to try. Shoot one before you buy it, and then if you like it, go for it. If you do not like it, tell us why and we can point to something else that counters your dislike. For example if you mostly like it but that grip angle is all wrong, XD is pretty close to a glock but fixes that issue. edit: failed @ reading, I thought it said you had not shot one, but you have. in that case, if you liked it.... that is all you need to know, is whether YOU liked it or not. Its not going to break and will be tough to wear out, its probably not going to malfunciton often (any gun can, if dirty enough or wrong ammo or bad grip, stuff happens). Its all about what YOU like.
I am an xd guy due to the grip angle on the glock. I have been told the interchangeable back strap on the gen 4 fixes this issue tho I haven't shot one. Xd trigger is similar to the glock in that you have to shoot regularly to memorize the trigger release but this just gives me another reason to shoot JTM Sent from my iPhone

I have been reading the ABCs of reloading and they recommend a water based cleaner for corrosive primed ammo in Mosins and such. I have been using CLP on them thus far but am wondering what are your thoughts on Berdan primer cleanup. JTM Sent from my iPhone

I have she actually did it right. brakes and hold on. Since we had moved to the country, I have worried about her swerving to miss a deer even though I have told her not too. I have never heard of anyone dying from hitting a deer, A tree is a different story. -

It was rather funny. Get that dreaded call at 2am and can hear crying on the phone when wife answers and start to get up, and Tnbrat keeps asking are you hurt and no answer and she says, "sorry, I was apologizing to mr deer for hitting him." It was priceless. I told her to slow down bullets are cheaper that cars. JTM Sent from my iPhone -
The title says it all.... Now the bad part....it was taken at 2am with a 02 Camero.... But no one was hurt and all is well sort of. Meat in the freezer. JTM Sent from my iPhone

as far as electrical... you can't put a meter on a mobil home or any other non permament structure but you can put in a service pole like a mobile home and as long as it meets code there shouldnt be a problem with having a permanent service pole installed(for a shop for instance) and never up grade.

Admiral relieved of command. Makes me wonder more...
jtmaze replied to a topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
There are morally deficient people in all walks of life. I have a friend that is a retired navy captain that was on the short list for rear admiral went he retired because he hated his boss and couldn't work for him for two more years to request transfer after promotion. The good ole boy system doesn't work. Our government proves that you cover this up and I will do this. That is how we have gotten into the overbearing situation we are in now. Politicians must be held accountable by the people. It is a must. Rant off. JTM Sent from my iPhone -

I shot my 1st 50bmg about 3months ago and was told I would talk about it til I was 80. And they were right. I just took out a 14" hickory stump at about 50 yards. It was awesome. JTM Sent from my iPhone

I live on 7acres and have a 50 yrd range. Could go out to 100 but would have to clear some major timber and don't want that. My only concern is at the back of my range not enough berm to stop heavy rifle bullets if shooting a high target. JTM Sent from my iPhone

That is fine I live in the country with a fenced in yard and when I am working in the shop I will take my dogs and let them stretch theirs legs. I have the view of dolomite on this. When my dogs are out they are with me on my property and respond well to voice commands and if you came down my gravel rd they might run at you but you are in no way threatened. The way you said threatened sounded iffy to me . In fear of my life I would dispatch a dog. But now just threatened. Kinda like a knife fight inside of 20ft you are going to get bitten I the dog is serious so why not give him a chance to change his mind. If I pulled and shot every time I have felt Threatened in my life, the West Tennesee population would be alot lower. JTM Sent from my iPhone
