  1. Some people are simply still alive, because it is against the law to kill them!!!!     This I think is spot on. A town that small, there is more to this story. I own bulldogs and have one on strike 2 right now. I couldn't pull up pic at work what kinda dog.
  2. They can't find my house. If they do I will go out armed and talk(I like to talk), they will never come in. My wife just doesn't answer the door if home alone. just get them off topic talking about yourself and they ussually leave pretty quickly.
  3. big game I sometimes use a 119 buck if I have to get really nasty. Anyways my wife always told me size doesn't matter if you keep it sharp!!!!!!
  4. I use a 110 Buck on game and really like the size. Anything bigger is cumbersome.
  5. I had a set of dies and 200 230 gr .45 boolits shipped for half of that price. I am not that desperate yet. I don't know where they are shipping from but I will wait before I pay $22 s&h.
  6. It just said 3.00 special handling. I am assuming.
  7. Walmart in Milan had one on the shelf yesterday that was grabbing my leg wanting to go with me but funds are limited right now.
  8. I saw that after I posted....still $19.00 shipping ups gnd +3.00 haz mat
  9. Went to order a box and shipping was more than product.....
  10. This is a little off topic, but I have had some nice ones, but really no regrets. My dads first new car was a limited edition 68 Cuda with 2 bucket seats, a 4 speed, and a 383. He special ordered it while in Vietnam and picked it put on returning. We found the body and tried to buy it in the late 80s due to somecustom woodwork dad had done on the dash but the guy wouldn't sell. My ultimate would be to restore a 68 Cuda to those specs just to give to Dad for him to drive in retirement. It would be worth every cent and hour spent restoring.
  11. Jackson, TN in a pool room a man died about 6 mos ago from a one two knockout. fractured his skull when his head hit the floor. I was not there but a friend of mine owns the place and it goes like this....300lb guy and 200lb guy have a disagreement, talk it out and walk away. A few minutes later, 200lb guy 1-2 punches the 300lb guy and he hits the floor....skull cracks and man dies before ambulance arrives. now what was that about taking a whoopin....hmmm.   At work and can't post link. happened June 2012 if someone wants to help me out.
  12. Well I guess I will never get anymore 22lr. LOL. This is for a good cause. I will not worry about the extra 2000 plinking rounds I have been looking to pick up when things stabilize.
  13. That is why I keep Gerber pliers in the range bag.
  14. That was bad. I got up close and personal with an F5 in 1999 in Jackson, TN and there is no way to joke. I still get antsy talking about it 10 years later.
  15. Wow. Talk about a makeover. How Mu are 30 rnd mags for that.
  16. new top contender for best post of 2013 What? They have jobs and can afford enough food for the taking???
  17. Yes Michigan gun purchase laws are crazy. They have open carry with no permit but the gun I carry must be mine. It takes 48 hours minimum to get a permit to purchase a handgun. If you have a CCP the 48 Hours is waved and you can purchase then and there. People complain about our permit system, but this isn't much better. My inlaws both have CCPs and where purchasing his and her handguns(don't remember what) but my MIL left her purse in the truck. The seller wouldn't sell them both guns on one CCP. My MIL had to go to truck and get her CCP or it would be classified as a straw purchase under their law.
  18. I have been a dodge man my whole life but my next one will probably be a ford.
  19. I am at work so I can't pull up the link, but this is the reason I don't sell guns. I figure out what I want which usually takes time to fondle find one and shoot and then purchase. This way I take no loss on the selling and never have to worry about putting a gun in the wrong hands.
  20. Thanks guys.
  21. do you have a PBE warehouse out there. At one time they where based here in Jackson and carried various forms of  paints. They are a body shop supply house. All oil based enamals are thinable. Most two stage auto paints are two part and dry chemically. I would hit up your BS supply house near you and they will fix you up. This is a good idea and if I ever start casting might do some of this my self. I am going to make mine gold tho!!!!LOL
  22. Just let us know I am sure someone here will let him get out from under it for $200. That is if he is in a pinch.
  23. What about spring assist? The law is very vague in this( but I don't speak lawyer). Is a spring assist the same as an auto opener? I own several but don't carry due to not being sure of legality.
  24. Awe, chocolate bullets, bacon bullets. You guys are making me hungry.
  25. What are you painting? I haven't painted in years but spent many years in and around body shops.
