  1. Im thinkin that might work good for an ammo cabinet
  2. I dont care for Sig 1911s or S&Ws either simply because they went with an external extractor. Internal extractors have worked for over 100 years dont try to fix something that isnt broken.
  3. Thats alot of beer thats gonna go to waste
  4. Amen! Truer words have never been spoken
  5. 870 has the release in front of trigger guard and 500/590 has it behind trigger guard. 870 is what i was raised on so thats what is natural but neither requires changing grip
  6. Im building a 5.56 AR on the first lower, 12" DD rail, noveske barrel, magpul accessories, eventually have a VCOG on it. 2nd lower will be identical with the exception of a .300blk barrel and some sort of .300 dust cover
  7. Fred Craig designed it himself and actually sold custom grade 1911s chambered in it for awhile, im sure he still does. He called it the .22 MicroMag. But I suspect he didnt sell many at the price point they were chambered in a proprietary cartridge. I guess Rock Island cut a deal with him or something. Outpost Armory had ammo last i checked. Its not popular yet, but Im hoping it will be. I wish someone would make a Glock conversion barrel for it.
  8. All kidding aside, Id love to have a G20 sized pistol in .357mag. With approximately 17-20 round flush fit mags :D
  9. Correction, it was a .357 MAGNUM Glock. There is a .357sig glock that does exist, but is a very different animal than the .357magnum Glock.
  10. I dont know where this e flyer came from as I didnt get one but the Outpost had some .22tcm last time i was there about a week ago
  11. Im in for at least one lower possibly two and maybe matching uppers all depending on price.
  12. Unfortunately i have a real job to be at when shipments come in.
  13. Yep I saw that video several years ago and it is in fact someone using a .50bmg to do some long range hunting on mountain goats. Or at least thats what the story was back then
  14. It seems now that all academys are sittin pretty good ammo wise. I have yet to see any .22 in there though
  15. The biggest difference is the grip angle. The steel one has a luger type grip angle whereas the polymer has a 1911 type grip angle. I really wish Ruger would make a stainless steel or even better a blued steel Mark 3 with a 1911 style grip angle.
  16. He probably makea his money from lota of annoying advertising. We have none of that here.
  17. I dont think they should give them a carry permit but no reason they shouldnt be able to buy one and go to the range.
  18. The moderators do it already on a limited basis.
  19. I try to give the benefit of the doubt until their actions remove said doubt.
  20. Wow, I didn't think anyone would top CTD on my shit list but Troy certainly managed that. I was considering their BUIS on my TGO AR build but definetely not now.
  21. I want to say $44x or $48x dollars not sure.
