  1. You mean like the Colt 1877 or 1878?
  2. Including switchblades and any length is ok. Carry a katana if you wish. Like enfield said, no restrictions whatsoever
  3. There is one guy that I used to work with that is on those Facebook gun trader groups. To be honest, I'm surprised he hasn't had a visit from the ATF. I am not exaggerating when I say that guy buys and sells probably 20 guns a month on there. It's unreal.
  4. The ruger 77/22 also takes 10/22 mags, although a bit more expensive and nicer. Not threaded though, but could be.
  5. Any 870 isn't bad but the best ones are the older wing masters or any Police Magnum. These were all metal whereas the express models have some polymer parts. Similar to the differences between the mossberg 500 and 590. I'm not sure your intended purpose but a 20" barrel with rifle sights most likely has a rifled bore for slugs
  6. Sometimes Ill be searching for something specific from Google, for example, what the most desirable dash number for a S&W model 27 is, or something similar. And I will be reading other forums I'm not a member of and see something so blatantly wrong I want to register on that forum just to be able to correct them.
  7. I am on mobile constantly but what works for me is upload to photobucket. Then copy and paste the IMG tags into the text box. That always works for me.
  8. If EMP concerns you, get an 87 or older Chevy truck and swap in a 6bt Cummins engine. Plenty of power and will still work after an EMP if you use an older 12v mechanically injected engine. The other option is the GM 6.2 diesel but they have very little power. Enough to move around but not do much work.
  9. I had no idea there was a place like this around here. I have been wanting to learn to shoot long range but I thought the only place was AEDC range(1000 yes) and it's not open to public.
  10. Do you have to show a hunting or fishing license to get a sportsman plate? Brings your kids with you to get a children first plate? How do you provide documentation to get a Alabama football plate? Ridiculous
  11. Those are some amazing photos! I'd love to just spend some time in some of that beautiful country.
  12. Prequel to Breaking Bad, TV show
  13. You mean like this http://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/2014/01/foghorn/gilboas-double-barreled-ar-15-makes-american-debut/
  14. Ever seen one done up by Turnbull? It's about as good looking of an AR as you can get, quite pricey though.
  15. I have just recently started really looking into and researching suppressors. From what I have read, AAC took a downturn for awhile, but is coming back now and as good as they ever were. They just came out with a few new cans at SHOT show this year, including an eccentric 9mm can. Rumor has it that they will be making and selling the Honey Badger to the public.
  16. I don't see this taking off. They mention in that article about dethroning the .300 blackout? Not a chance. And as a big bore, .458SOCOM has much more utility. Who makes .416 bullets short enough for an AR magazine? Proprietary? I just don't see this thing doing anything better than .458SOCOM or even .50Beowulf.
  17. Somewhat off topic but I have always wondered why no one remade a Clint Eastwood movie using Hugh Jackman.
  18. Anyone that has ever filled out a 4473 is in a database. So is anyone that has ever even mentioned guns on the Internet, or searched about them. Can or will they do anything with that information? Not likely until it is a true case of SHTF. Then all bets are off.
  19. I see nothing wrong with one on the hip whether it be IWB or OWB, one in the pocket and one on the ankle.
  20. With $250, I'd buy some gold coins.
  21. Am I the only one who immediately thinks of John Malcovich in the movie "Red"? He carries around this stuffed animal and everyone looks at him like he's crazy then towards the end he pulls a Milkor MGL 6-shot 40mm grenade launcher out of it. He also uses a S&W 500 throughout most of the movie.
  22. Red
  23. Very nice! I know that striker fired is all the rage right now, but I'd really like to see them apply this to the FNX line as well. The things I would do for FNX-45 Tactical Compact...
  24. I can vouch that nothing feels more awesome than pounding out .45/70 rounds and working the lever then repeat.
