  1. I would probably own several Henry's but I just can't get over loading the magazine tube from the muzzle end, versus a loading gate in the receiver like a Marlin or Winchester. They are some gorgeous rifles though.
  2. Exactly. Also, I have read nothing that says it was a HANDGUN that was fired only muzzle flash. At 125 yards it's almost guaranteed to be a rifle. And 125 yards is an easy shot to hit a group of several men with a rifle.
  3. I call shenanigans.
  4. Difference is what they put on the hummer forum would actually be true...
  5. Or it might be a Glock carbine... Ok maybe I'm just having a little bit of fun with all the Glock fanboys lol
  6. I like Kel-TEC for their innovation but their quality is far from the best. I really like the idea behind the KSG and RFB but their quality leaves something to be desired.
  7. http://bearingarms.com/two-officers-shot-ferguson-protest-video/?utm_source=bafbp&utm_medium=fbpage&utm_campaign=baupdate
  8. Na you got ripped. But if had been some M855, now that is or was worth more than gold. Or .22lr depending on the analogy you prefer.
  9. Looks amazing! That front strap though, looks stippled. Where did you get that done? Any specific pics of that? How do you like it versus standard checkering?
  10. I bet it's a new single stack 10mm just to piss off all you whiners about the 9mm that will never happen. They already have the .45 version, should be fairly easy to build. Seems to me that Glock is starting to adopt the H&K business model. Because you suck, and we hate you.
  11. And I have looked for just a solid trigger to eliminate the trigger safety and convert to standard, but I have found nothing, you would think the aftermarket would have something even if it was marketed solely for competition use, etc.
  12. I think he meant grip safety at the beginning. But I'll let him clarify
  13. Mine was a New England Firearms Pardner. Now called the H&R Pardner. Essentially the same gun but I believe yours may have had a vent rib?
  14. I agree. I had a .410 single shot before I had a BB gun or paintball gun. I was taught responsibility for what I shot at a young age. I vote for a .410 single shot or a .22 single action revolver. A ruger bearcat would be nice
  15. It's called re- creating the scene. It happens at work ALL THE TIME. You have a work related accident, you don't get the person who got hurt to stand around for pictures, you send him to medical to get checked out. But it has to be documented, so you re create the scene later and take pictures of that for documentation purposes. I'm not saying this particular incident is valid, but a combination of what has been mentioned in this thread already seems like it could have happened. A combination of a pistol with no external safety, a holster not designed for that particular pistol which did not adequately cover the trigger guard, and something was used on the leather to make it extremely flexible and pliable to the point of moving exactly where it didn't need to be. Several factors were at play here.
  16. Strangely it reminds me of a dewalt cordless drill that someone spray painted black. And the magazine baseplate is the battery pack.
  17. Me personally I would shoot and enjoy it. But I would also shoot a $4,000 mint condition Colt Combat Python. Firearms are meant to be shot and/or carried.
  18. Might want to put an application in at Barrett. They are right here in Christiana, TN, just south of Murfreesboro.
  19. Article said it is essentially Social Security for everyone. Everyone pays and everyone gets a payment. Just another name for redistributing wealth.
  20. Sadly, I see this happening nationwide in the future. Just another way to make the masses dependent on the government.
  21. Racking my brain, and the closest I can come up with is the Magpul FMG 9. It used Glock mags and was full auto but made by Magpul. Only a prototype made though not regular production. And only 9mm.
