  1. "NOT COCAINE" seems legit lol
  2. Maybe I'm wrong but I believe David was saying to put #review at the end to aid in searching for reviews instead of a dedicated sub forum for reviews. I just hope this doesn't turn Twitter-esque with a bunch of hashtags on all the posts.
  3. This is a great idea and great function. I just really hope we don't start seeing a thousand hashtags at the bottom of every post now...
  4. I am VERY interested in seeing the new Gen2 M&Ps and to see just what caliber/ammo/pistol combo is used to achieve the 90% accuracy of 4" groups at 50yards with a service pistol. I just may pick up a M&P Bodyguard if they make one with no safety. I also like the CZ Scorpion carbine but that's been hinted at and expected for some time now. For some reason, after seeing it, I like it better than the pistol version, although SBR trumps them all :)
  5. I'm not trying to discuss the differences in opinion, but I prefer no retention. And when I look for a OWB holster I have to look high and low to find anything that doesn't have some sort of retention like a thump break or a strap of some kind. Nearly all quality OWB holsters have a retention device. I use a Galco Combat Master with no retention device but most holsters have something.
  6. Nice! I really like those, it is a big gun for sure
  7. I use Ascend. Been with them since when they were AEDC credit union. Back then either you or an immediate family member had to work on AEDC Airforce base. I had family that worked there is how I got in. It has gotten much easier to get in but it is still members only. If you have a way in, you won't find better rates than them.
  8. It's a good tactical home defense shotgun. Good shotgun, but the Police Magnum is a step up in a few key areas and worth the extra money for something more than a range toy. While every 870 I have owned or handled has a tighter fit than the comparable Mossberg, think of the 870 express as equal to a Mossberg 500 quality wise and the 870 Police as equal to the 590
  9. Aside from the differences between polymer, forged, or billet, I think it comes down to what rollmark you want on the side.
  10. I would opt for the tritium version of the the Troy HK sights. BCM gunfighter grip and charging handle Magpul UBR stock Geissele trigger Noveske barrel Surefire brake/flash hider Noveske NSR rail KNS anti rotation pins
  11. That guy could review a Hi Point ( maybe he has idk) and there would be only positive. Don't get me wrong he doesn't lie about anything on there but he does only point out the positive, whether that is everything about the great guns or only what good he can find in the sub par guns.
  12. I also meant to add that my M&P 340 had an APEX spring pkg installed when I got it. It was nice, I couldn't complain at all.
  13. Jeff Quinn NEVER doesn't like anything. He never has anything negative to say.
  14. It's more money but have you considered a M&P340? It's a hammerless snub like the 442 but chambered in .357mag and has a scandium alloy frame. It's even lighter than a 442. I had one and loved it. It's not a range gun and it barks with magnums but it's a lot of firepower in a small package. Comes with a trijicon front night sight as well. I don't believe it's made anymore, but there was also the 340pd, which was even lighter still by a few ounces due to the titanium cylinder.
  15. Guns n More likely has them at least close to that
  16. Well, if you get bored with the .357sig you could always easily convert it to .40S&W, so that's a plus...
  17. Right, as a rule, center fire rifle cans aren't made to be disassembled.
  18. I have to ask why .357sig in a 1911? .38super is a better fit for the 1911. 1911s run better with longer cartridges like .45acp, 10mm and .38super
  19. I had and carried a PM40 for a while, especially when I needed some power but needed to hide it. The PM40 is a WHOLE lot of firepower in a very small package. I also had a H&K USP 40 and I'm not sure what the problem was but I couldn't hit Jack with it, I was more accurate with my XD 45. I have had a couple G27s on different occasions, nice gun, just not nice enough for me to keep for long. For that general size, I prefer 9mm or .45acp but .40 is a good round and will get the job done if you do your part.
  20. Wow, I would have never thought that. I would have assumed it was metric at the very least and smaller than that. 6-32 is very common, that's the size that holds your electrical outlets in the wall, next time you could borrow one of those, cut it down and rock on. Or not, whatever lol Glad you got it up and running.
  21. Probably Sears or the hardware store. I personally never looked for it though. I'm sure Amazon would have it as well, they have everything else...
  22. Does it have to be just this year? There is always the whiskey and spirits thread as well as what are you listening to?
  23. Bama didn't do to shabby yesterday either...
  24. Just make sure you don't create an SBR first then attach the suppressor.
  25. From the way I understand it, if you pin and weld a suppressor, you can avoid a SBR stamp but no way around a suppressor stamp. Same as an integral suppressor, look at the Liberty Leonidas for a factory example
