  1. I believe Silencerco sells a 3 lug adapter too, but theirs is pretty long.
  2. I know Caster will be here shortly to comment. I don't cast but I have read up on it. You could compare cast bullets to loaded cartridges. You can reload yourself and same a little money but it's more about being independent of the market which is unstable at best. Also you can make loads that can't be bought on the market. Same with cast bullets, you might save a little, but as long as you could get ahold of some lead somewhere, you could make bullets. There are some bullet styles that aren't even made if you want something specific. Heck there are bullet molds that aren't made anymore, such as some Lyman molds and others. It's something I want to get into eventually simply for the knowledge and independence. You can make blackpowder if it comes down to it, but I'm unaware of a way to make primers. Edit: mike said basically the same thing as I was typing this, oh well.
  3. Weapons registered with the DOJ? Pretty sure we can mark terrorists off the list.
  4. It's rare for a company to do that in current times but it's a whole lot better than them saying it's good when everyone knows it's not.
  5. Most safety deposit boxes prohibit storing firearms.
  6. FWIW, they make a mount to attach a bayonet to picatinny rail.
  7. Either sell it for scrap or to someone who wants to load .45acp along with their smaller calibers but only buy one kind of pistol primer.
  8. Video said 2 charges, one for firearm on school property, the other for child endangerment. If we look at our previous laws for vehicle carry, it was considered loaded even if the firearm and ammunition were even in the same vicinity as each other. I'm guessing it would be considered loaded to have a loaded magazine yet not chambered. Remember there are people who carry without one chambered everyday.
  9. Real winner right there. Probably a Hi Point
  10. Agreed. Although I probably wouldn't actually buy from either.
  11. Looks cool mostly. I suppose it COULD help a little with muzzle rise by having that weight on the end of the barrel like that, but that's not the primary purpose. This is in the handgun section so I am assuming you meant on handguns. On some rifles I can kind of see it because guns like Kriss Vector or a MP5 just look really weird with a 16" legal barrel and at that point it's more of a barrel shroud than a fake suppressor.
  12. My thoughts, I work my tail off all day everyday for what I have, which admittedly is less than a lot of people, but it's mine. I'm not about to let someone who sits around all day doing nothing but sucking up my tax dollars on government assistance and doing drugs to come and steal what I have. If you want what I have go get a job and earn it the right way.
  13. Look at the Arabic name in the OP, it's a poor attempt at a joke.
  14. The reasoning is sound for soldiers, but that could not be further from the truth for LEOs. Just in TN there are probably 20 different issued handguns, and they aren't all Glocks or even .40s. Tennessee State Highway Patrol are issued Glocks in .357sig. Just check the thread pinned at the top of this sub forum, "LE Duty handguns in TN"
  15. Certainly lots to consider there...
  16. I notice a certain similarity to SSVI work... Looks good!
  17. $15/hr minimum wage and they didn't think this was coming? Gee...
  18. Wowzer!
  19. If he was stealing for school clothes, why not just steal the school clothes in the first place?
  20. There is a BIG difference between what is just and what is legal in this day and time.
  21. They moved over as much as possible, there was a pickup truck and a guard rail on the other side.
  22. He is exactly the kind of person who does NOT need a badge. Thinks his job that gives him a little bit of authority allows him to do whatever he wants. I support the police, generally, but this guy is just a douchebag with no regard whatsoever for public safety.
  23. I do believe that I choose to invoke my 5th amendment right at this time...
  24. Hague convention is BS. We should have never entered into it.
