  1. what is the shortest overall length allowed for a shotgun WITHOUT it being classified as an AOW or SBS? i know its 18" barrel but what is the over all length limitation?
  2. what a glock AND a mac?!!!:panic: very nice piece! umm whats up with the smarties?
  3. i dont know what im going to get her, but i'll probably wait till tommorrow morning to get it anyways
  4. i knew walther was in with S&W now but not ruger.
  5. do ruger have some kind of affiliation with walther? there is an ad for the ruger LCP on walthers website and when you click on it it brings it up on walthers page in walthers format like its a walther product. scan down to the very bottom right hand corner of the walther page at any time to see the ad. homepage : http://www.waltherpistols.com/home.aspx with ruger listing : http://www.waltherpistols.com/category/697-Ruger_LCP.aspx
  6. http://www.robarguns.com/ax.html anybody using these? i personally see no use or advantage over the polymer but wondered if anybody else is using them.
  7. i believe that he started with 17 because that is how many patents he had on the pistol design. he then just went up in numbers for every new pistol he released. from G17 up to the latest release the G39(not new but still the newest) the only ones not on the website is the G18 (full auto/select fire version of the G17) and the G24 (discontinued competition version of G22)
  8. now the only thing i have debt wise is my truck payment. i couldnt imagine buying guns on credit. that is just as bad a someone who is really into "modern hot-rodding" and having 20-30k in credit card debt and its all tied up in a vehicle they will never get their money out of. most of the time you can get the majority of your money back out of guns(non-customs), but certaintly not with cars.
  9. oh, if they got rid of the BATFE and made all current NFA weapons legal without restrictions, id have a MUCH larger list
  10. i currently have a list of about 90+ guns that id like to have. i know i'll never have them but i always have guns on the "to-buy" list.
  11. definetely rubber. the wood grips make it look SEVERELY disproportional IMO
  12. i believe its part high popularity, highly accessorizable, the torture test, many LE agencies use it, etc. its a polymer gun that is very simple to break down and work under many conditions that a gun shouldnt. i guess its like the AK of handguns, not extremely accurate but very dependable and certaintly not ergonomic for many
  13. thanks
  14. i gotta ask what this acronym means?
  15. for semi-auto, the walther p22, sig mosquito, or ruger 22/45 are the only choices IMO. for revolvers, the smith 617 is very nice
  16. that could make for one h*ll of a kaboom... somebody was gonna say it now they just need to make it to fit the G29/G30 frame....
  17. thanks for keeping us updated on this
  18. so is this going to be available in .40S&W ONLY? how about .45acp or 9mm? or how about a 10mm:eek:? waiting for updates
  19. exactly, i go to the range on the weekends instead of going on dates:D
  20. because the tree-huggers dont want us putting a pipeline through the wilderness i also remember when gas was .79 a gallon, i think i was only about 12 years old though
  21. polymer frame .45 in compact or subcompact for under $700 Glock 30 Glock 36 XD-45 Compact EAA Witness Polymer Compact
  22. i just noticed you are new here. i was being a bit sarcastic, i have a few pics,( animated and non animated) that would piss off a few ford or dodge owners. it was all in fun, kinda like telling someone "dont even start with me":p
  23. dont even start the gm/ford/mopar war
  24. i prefer the walther based purely on looks. the earlier sigs had some problems but they have been fixed now so a new sig or any walther would be great.
