correct, without a HCP, you cannot legally have ANY type of firearm loaded in your vehicle. you must have guns and ammo separated, for example in a pickup truck, guns in cab and ammo in the bed, secured or vice versa.

Has anybody EVER seen a FN SCAR, specifically a Heavy, that is all black and not flat dark earth? Do they even make it like that? Can you get black furniture and other parts for it?

the one in manchester only had the main ones, 9mm, .40 and .45acp, and some revolver calibers, no .357sig or 10mm though. hell, the local pawnshop/gun shop only have part of a box of .357sig and i think they might have been some reloads that were traded in.

my title is a bit misleading. i need a CABINET for storing only ammo and accessories(range bag and the stuff that goes in it) and magazines. by semi-secure, i mean one that has a basic keyed lock like a steel cabinet to store tools in the garage in but much more sturdier. i will get a separate gun safe for the guns, but i cant find a safe that isnt excessively expensive($2-3k++) that has much storage space for ammo.

who makes a good, semi-secure cabinet for storing ammo and other shooting accessories? not looking for a gun safe, just a steel cabinet to store the ammo in.
