pretty much. winchester voluntarily discontinued the black talon line of ammo after a couple of lawsuits calling them "cop-killers" however they introduced the ranger line of ammo and removed the black teflon coating from the bullets, to make them less evil looking and all was well. its all about the look

why would they even offer it? nobody wants one

if im not mistaken, the "teflon coated rounds" that are being referred to are the winchester black talons that are now collectible and were discontinued. there are better bullets out there loaded for self-defense so there is no reason to use them. they were ahead of their time in bullet technology but they arent anymore, they're still good but not the best

.458 is more practical IMO but the .50bmg upper is VERY nice

do i think your crazy? no do i think your paranoid? no why? because i would have one in every room of my house and in every vehicle and at my workstation, IF i had the money and time to do it. part of me says that you COULD use it for self defense, but logic says one on my person is enough. but the other part of me reminds me that im doing it because i enjoy guns and like being near them.

i have never said you shouldnt leave yor handgun in your car because i firmly believe that it is wise to have 1 if not 2 handguns loaded in your car at all times. and being able to legally have a loaded shotgun and/or rifle is a tremendous bonus. me personally, i cant see needing one for a self-defense situation unless the rapid breakdown on society has begun and there is no law enforcement, only martial law(maybe) but probably not. most will carryit either because they simply want to (and that is PLENTY of reason to do it) or they live or travel to a rural setting frequently and it could possibly come in handy for whatever reason. or maybe you are a vigilante soldier looking for a battlefield, you ever think of THAT?! i meant to start with, not if you wait till it needs pumped and then try to fix it with that. now that he has it pumped, if he uses rid-x it wont need pumped again

if you use rid-x or similar you dont need to have your tank pumped

the US has enough bombs to level half of asia and probably more. get rid of what you dont want/need and be done with it, no need for ground troops to even set their feet down on asian soil. you talk like this is a bad thing...
