  1. i take it your truck is a 06 dodge ram?
  2. anything will fit with a hammer and duct tape
  3. when you go to look at a certain model, go to crutchfield and read the reviews for that certain model.
  4. Big thing is though, what is your price range?
  5. I tend to stay away from Dual and Jensen, some say they are fine but I like to stay with a proven product name (pioneer, sony, alpine, kenwood, clarion, etc.). I personally compare them to a saturday night special gun. Might work just fine, or might not. a factory refurbished might be a better deal
  6. Crutchfield: LCD TV, Car Stereo, Home Theater, Speakers, Plasma TV is a great site
  7. Not all. Ever see "Hostel" ?
  8. Thanks for the heads up about this. I know not to patronize them with that many bad reviews.
  9. I want an XD-45 simply because it fits my hand like it was made for it. I have tried a 1911 and while it feels good in the hand, its not "perfect". And I really like the 13+1 or 10+1 .45acp capacity, depending on model. Heck if I knew without a doubt it made a difference, I would use Cali-spec mags.
  10. Who are you referring to? SJ? I went and saw it last night. Pitt's accent was hilarious at times. Guess thats a Italian Southerner for ya. Good to see Tennessee get mentioned
  11. I see all the time, even professional operators, carrying full-blown custom 1911s for defensive purposes, many as civilians as every day concealed carry. Yet, when someone mentions modifying a Glock or XD or similar beyond sights they cry about liability issues etc. So what is the difference between a single action 1911 with a 3.5-4lb. trigger and everything tighter than god knows what, and a Glock or XD or any other production pistol for that matter, with say a 4.5-5lb. trigger and upgraded internal parts? Just curious as I would love to have a custom XD to use for concealed carry, but dont want my weapon of choice or its modfications done by a professional pistolsmith (Robar) to come into question were I forced to use it.
  12. excessive mulit-quoting annoys me
  13. While I do agree, its still not a semi-auto.

    USGO

look at AR-15.com, thats a very busy national site
  15. They werent made for very long and are now kinda collectors. Not sure if there were different versions but from what I read, their claim to fame was their ability to interchange barrels. You could get a 4, 6, 8 inch barrels maybe even a 2" I dont know.
  16. I dont know where prics sit at, but I'd say a Remington 1100 or 11-87 or a Beretta or Browning would serve you well.

  22. You wanted constructive suggestions so... It needs a photo gallery of the inside of the venue, when available. I hate to say it but the map looks like at least part of it was made on MS Paint. It might look better to just put up a zoomed out Mapquest map with the address as a point of interest.
  23. I know David can do it. I have seen it happen.
