Wrong for some people, a car is much more than just a means of transportation, in a way its like for many on here a gun in general is not just a means of self-defense, if so everybody would just have ugly glocks, it is a beautiful piece of machinery(guns). if you think a car is just a means of transportation, just ask a guy with a Chevrolet bowtie tattooed on his arm why he doesnt drive a Ford.

maxima is the only other thing in that size(4door) that I can think of available with a 6M. dont know how prices are but id suggest trying to find a MazdaSpeed6 version

I think .308 would be a better all around gun. Just think about how many semi-auto rifles there are out there chambered in .308. I venture to say its the second largest used chambering in EBRs, 5.56nato being the first. plus .308/7.62nato is a NATO chambering. my personal choice for a .308 bolt gun would be a rem 700.

have you considered other cars or are you stuck on the 6?

that is beautiful! I normally dont like tan firearms at all but that one is amazing!

.30-06 is really overkill for deer around here at the ranges you will be shooting at. unless you really just want to get one in that, and there is absolutely no problem with that lever action, id go with a marlin 30-30. bolt action, Id like something around a .243, .270 or so. if you go single shot, you can get anything you want. I would suggest whatever you get dont get an oddball cartridge. get something you can buy ammo for at walmart or your local pawnshop/hardware store
