Im just an electrician but I still believe its better to ask forgiveness than permisssion especially in this case. I never call for a permit, electrical or building unless I need the city/county/electric co. to do something for me like pull the power, etc.

The whole movie was a bash on the American government lying about intel it received post-9/11, pre-War, during the Bush administration. That said, I really enjoyed it thoroughly. Matt Damon was excellent IMO.

only scenario I can see is open area (parking lot?) with the threat coming at you fast, or some kinda of tactical scenario where you are on the offensive.

I usually dont OC but the main reason I dont is so that if I need to go somewhere that is improperly posted or (waiting for everyone to bash on me) some where that is properly posted but not othewise prohibited by law(school, federal building, etc.) I can. Concealed is concealed. I would feel much more comfortable OC'ing in a more rural area than in town.

In that rule, its BOTH not either or.
