  1. I live in Manchester and I couldnt ask law enforcement to do a better job of handling this kind of volume of traffic, personally dont see how they could do any better. Bonnaroo isnt my thing but traffic is probably as good as it can be.
  2. did anybody else catch that this was in NYC? Arent they a shall not issue state?
  3. they are a cheaper version of the model 700, not sure where they cheaped out on it at though
  4. meh, with only 14,000hp isnt it a little low on oomph?
  5. its simple really, you play with fire you wind up burned.
  6. they will make them possibly heavier, either a red dot, holographic sight or irons only, no tac light or laser, no suppressors, no magnifying optics, a sturdy stock, either fixed or a magpul UBR, possibly a VFG, basically replicate a M249 SAW
  7. hopefully they will be reasonably priced unlike the beta mags (twin drums) im guessing when these are released, there will be some ARs made either by companies as complete rifles or individuals modifying their own to be (SSAWs, squad semi-automatic weapons)
  8. Ive always heard that they are extremely overpriced. Its still a standard AR-10 thats just been fancied up. Give me a LWRC REPR over that anyday.
  9. strickj, your sig line goes perfect with this thread.
  10. id go for the marlin model 60 look at the new buckmark rifle from browning, I really like that one
  11. only time ive ever shown mine to anyone other than family or LEO is once when i had to have another form of PHOTO id right then.
  12. The .243Win has been around forever. And it shoots flatter than the .308 and its a smaller caliber, sometimes you need a smaller caliber. A .243Win AR-10 would definetely be primarly used for hunting I would think.
  13. Welcome, Terry Walden's place is good and your best bet if you dont own land around here.
  14. i believe its the .243WSSM that is on the AR-15 platform.
  15. its definetely an X-frame S&W, either a .500 or a .460
  16. absolutely. well, im no knife fighter but I have been thinkin about painting the pipe a tacticool black...
  17. Id probably go with a 7" fixed blade knife and a piece of 1" ridgid steel pipe approx 2-3ft. long
  18. Hero-Gear has always been good to me, especially on trading.
  19. I like it AR-15 M4 Side Charger Upper Receiver - American Spirit Arms
  20. since you obviously didnt get the point i was attempting to make:rolleyes: the bullet itself from a .357mag cartridge and a .38spl cartridge is EXACTLY the same. the cartridges however are different lengths. both cartridges shoot a .357" caliber bullet. however the .357mag is longer and of higher pressure and will not chamber in a .38spl gun.
  21. a .357caliber bullet in a .38spl gun is just fine. but i wouldnt try firing a .357mag cartridge in a .38special gun, even though it wouldnt fit anyways.
  22. yes, it works on ALL .357 magnum revolvers.
  23. I would have liked a higher capacity but at least the mags interchange with the regular xd-45.
  24. Its a heck of a lot better than paper moneys. If nothing else it will hold its value, its not going down. I would concentrate more on silver than gold but precious metals are the last thing I would spend money on.
