  1. If you want a bullpup, there is a company making a bullpup chassis for the M1A, although it costs as much as a new Springfield M1A though...
  2. to be honest I didnt use a holster and sometimes pocket carried(G33) and I never worried...
  3. IMHO, a gun without a round in the chamber is no better than a brick. I carried a glock for a while and never had a problem condition 1. keep your finger off the trigger an you will never have a problem.
  4. Anybody know anything about the 5.56x30mm that India uses in some of their rifles?
  5. Anybody got any info on the new chinese assault rifle, QBZ-95, in 5.8x42mm or the pistol, QSZ-92 in 5.8x21mm ? I searched around and about all I can find out is that for some reason the US wont import a semi-auto version of the rifle or any chinese ammo. Why China feels a need to be different from nearly every other country in the world, IDK.
  6. my personal suggestion would be the LWRC REPR with the 20" barrel for precision and the 16 or 18" barrel for a more general use. 2nd option would be M1A Socom for close work and something like the Super Match M1A to reach out and touch someone also FN just released the FNAR w/ a 16" bbl, FYI
  7. lets just hope thats not a long range rifle target for inexperienced shooters who "forget" about bullet drop lol
  8. IMHO, do it. Its my personal favorite AR stock
  9. polymer frame vs aluminum frame OP: I owned a P345 for a while and really liked it, especially for the price, but I needed something a a bit better for concealed carry. The ruger is farily heavy, otherwise I really liked it
  10. sounds like you are talking about 9mm and I would suggest either .45acp or 10mm in an auto pistol. but with any thing I would personally carry either FMJ or SP or a hybrid (SJSP semijacketed soft point) dont know if its best but its what I would do
  11. I want one. you know, just in case I was to ever go hunt a whole herd of elephants at one time. My signature quote is the only explaination I need
  12. I respectfully disagree. Zombie warfare is the perfect reason to use a bayonet.
  13. I think I remember seeing the pepsi throwback at the gas station lately around here. I know I avoid it if possible, very different taste, same for the SunDrop made with sugar
  14. I suggest the XDM, im still waiting on the XDM-10mm but im not holding my breath...
  15. as long as you hit the black its a hit, they dont check it any further than that.
  16. .357sig only has about 200fps over a HOT factory loaded 9mm +P+ approx. same bullet size also, some thing to think about. I personally like a larger hole myself likea .45acp. I would rather have a .44spl than a .357mag for a BUG anyways, .44spl would penetrate less than a .357mag also.
  17. If you dont want to get it checkered maybe look at some wraparound grips like Hogue or similar
  18. only time I would interfere is if the one being attacked was either family member or friend or a good acquaitance(sp?)
  19. Very nice rifle sir! that handguard reminds me of rhino liner
  20. Would the one you are selling have the three points on it also?
  21. they reintroduced the delta elite about a year ago
  22. scopes, I see them as purely for hunting whether it be on a revolver or a pistol. lately in tactical magazines I hae been seeing several articles about mounting a very small red dot in place of the rear sight and they claim it doesnt make it any bulkier for concealed carry or "high speed low drag tacticool operations"
