I can get a good look at a steak by sticking my head up a bull's...... I don't blame the guy for carrying, but he never should have shot. Of course at 76 I doubt he really cares. I remember my grandfather used to carry without a permit. He always said "What are they gonna do? Lock me up? I'm an old man!". He kinda had a point. I don't necessarily agree, but he had a point.

I think I am driving too far for not enough money. I like the work, the hours, and the people. I hate the drive and the pay. Two hours a day driving is too much. I think I am ready to make a move. Anyone ever feel this way?

He should have stayed in the car and called police, but that is no excuse for his beating. I have discussed issues like these with a few people and we all agree that a gun won't stop it but it will help. If I am suffering a "mob-style" beat down, I would definitley be in fear for my life and would try to fire my pistol. I might get taken out in the struggle, but not before getting a few shots off. Maybe this would run off the rest? I don't know. People in crowds act so differently. What is wrong with people??

I have battled ants for 10 years. As soon as I see one, I grab some ant spray and get the whole house. After that, I spray again every month until it turns cold. Ants are very persistant. A friend of mine told me that thousands of years ago there were ants and dinosaurs. The ants worked together and are still here...

First time I saw him I thought he was a nut cake.(nutcase) But after thinking about it, I would probably vote for him. Obviously he is not the most qualified candidate, but he has no problem telling people what he thinks. I like that!

My daughter had one on her yesterday. She calls them "Freds". I will definitly be trying this trick next time she gets Freds on her.

I wouldn't mind a old school tornado shelter. I think most of them were just concrete blocks in a dugout hole. Not fancy but would provide enough protection from a storm.

I stopped at a gas station and was at the counter paying, the guy behind the counter notices my Glock. He looks at me and says, "Are you a cop?". As straight faced as I could I replied, "No, I hate cops". He didn't say anything else and kept his head down. I was just going to leave, but I decided to set him straight. I told him I was kidding and I love cops and that I was a responsible permit holder. He still seemed a bit nervous, but not near as bad as he first did.

They had advertised one before and I went. Imagine my surprise when there was no one there. I thought I might have had the dates wrong, but I had a flier that confirmed the date. Therefore, I will not be attending this one.

I will suggest a Phoenix hp22, if she can rack the silde. The recoil is almost non-exsistant. As far as a shotgun, the H&R 410 single shot is nice, but still has a bit of kick. It is probably the lightest kick of any shotgun I have ever shot, but still enough to bruise my 11 year old son.

I bought a BDU wallet from voodoo tactical and it serves as my "pocket kit". I have a lot of the same stuff everyone else has in theirs. I also keep a large sheet of aluminum foil folded up that can be used as a cup, bowl, plate, water boiling vessell, etc...

I had just got a new rod and reel and was out bass fishing. My dad had some sort of spray to scent the plastic worms. I thought if one spray was good, 30 sprays would get a fish for sure. I sprayed so much that it got all over the worm, the boat, and my hands. First cast and my rod flew out of my hand, made a nice splash, and sank to the bottom of the lake.

I set off metal detectors when I went in for jury duty and the guy saw my phone on my belt and said "Musta been your phone, come on thru and have a nice day" He was nice and all, but maybe a bit too lax. I didn't have anything illegal but I could have and he wouldn't have known. I must have an honest face....

This is my newest project. It turned out pretty well. The handle is hand-carved from white pine. The blade is buffalo bone. This probably isn't the most practical knife, but I like it anyway.

OR, after everyshot you can use ninja reflexes to catch the brass before it hits the ground. I have done this with ejecting shotgun shells, never with brass. I imagine it's alot harder to catch brass from a pistol, but can you imagine how impressed your friends will be???

I am well versed in medicinal herbs (not the illegal ones) but have only recently began to grow anything. Last year I grew some radishes and sunflowers because they were supposed to be easy to grow for beginers. They did well so this year I am growing sage and lettuce. I know it's a weird combo, but I wanted to grow sage and my daughter wanted lettuce. My natural medicine cabnet currently contains: white willow bark, stinging nettles, witch hazel, pine needle tea, and sage. These are the basics and treat a good number of ailments. I hope to increase this all very soon and have a mini natural drug store.

She doesn't, but my eleven year old son does. Is that wrong?
