Me too. I loaded up last night. I hope everything is cool, but I will be prepared no matter what. On a side note, I have personally met some Mayan Indians and they didn't know they had a apocalypse prophecy.

My kids go to Sumner too. I didn't get this, my son probably lost it... I understand why this was sent home, but I feel it is the parents job to speak to their kids.  I certainly don't need Dr. Doofus telling me how to talk to my kids.  I do have nieces in Westmoreland schools, and they are already having visitors "buzz" in.  While I do think this can be a deterrent, I also believe a determined criminal will not be affected by these steps.  It is a sad day when our schools are no longer safe.

I found this old knife, covered in rust, in the bottom of a toolbox that has set undisturbed for at least 10 years, possibly longer. A few hours and a lot of elbow grease later, a knife emerged. I believe this to have belonged to my wife's grandfather. I am going to give it to my son, a knife that was his great grandfathers. The antique look of it makes it one of a kind. I am not sure what type of steel it is, but I do know the guard is brass. I hope my son keeps this and passes it on...

Congrats on the job! I don't think I would know you without the beard!  As you have seen me in person, you know i don't have a beard, but 2 years ago I did.  I shaved it to get the job I have now. I always said no job was worth shaving for, but I was wrong. Congrats again, well deserved!

I wish I owned a purple hat! I could pull it off....   As far as the capote, I am close to completion.  All I like is finishing..... I have to hem all the edges back and hem the hood back a bit.  This wool is the densest I have ever dealt with, but I am sure it will be super warm.  Once I am done I will come back and post a how-to for anyone brave enough to try.

I guess it would depend on how far along she is. Also, it is only a small shooting test so I cannot see the harm.  I have seen pregnant women at rock concerts, smoking, and drinking. No doctor's note required for that.

1: try and catch them in the act. If/when you do, try and get their parents' names, call them. 2: ask your local police to do extra patrol around this time 3: if all else fails set trip wires with high strength fishing line.
