Agree, Do whatever it takes to get the child.  Then kill him. Anyone who does things to children does not deserve to live.

A Wool blanket is great for cold nights. It even works wet, but I prefer mine dry.

I am a Girl Scout leader, one of the few men that are in it.  The rules are super strict on being a man in a troop full of girls.  There are a lot of things I cannot do that the women can and a lot of steps put in place to keep the men from being alone with a girl at any time.  Do I think some of them are overly cautious? Sure, but I understand they have to protect the girls at all costs. They have foreseen the liability issue and have done everything in their power to prevent it.  I figure the boy scouts could do the same.  If a parent doesn't want their child in a troop because of the leaders sexual orientation, religion, or other reasons, they have that right to choose.  But if the BSA puts barriers in place, it probably wouldn't ever be a issue. 

I keep my water in my garage.  Haven't tried to store food there yet.

I like it.  I have a bit of experience with hidden doors and they do have a purpose.  They only have to fool one person one time to pay for themselves.

Ok, I gotta say it, that sucks!  Sorry to anyone who liked this new "happy" version, but I made it about 1:40 in and had to stop it.

Learn to love it!  And next time, buy items that you regularly eat.  Then you never have to worry about them getting old.  Rice and such is good, but buy other things that are more along the lines of what you can prepare with your meals.

Yes! But seriously, I wear some military clothing sometimes and have not served.  I explain to people that the items were given to me and that I support the military and honor them by wearing it.  My dad served in Vietnam and i am proud of him for that.

I know I should have had the vest on. (I did have it sitting next to me, not that helps) I need a better one that I don't feel like a walrus wearing. 

Agree.  My dad kept his put up, but I knew about them and about safe handling.  When I was 14 he gave me access to the gun cabinet.  I knew I was not to use them for anything asides emergencies.

My "level1" is a bit smaller than yours, but similar in idea. I have the voodoo tactical bdu wallet. Inside: magnesium fire starter, CRKT pocketknife, large drawstring trashbag, Bic lighter, 2 large safety pins, 3 medium safety pins, 3 yards of paracord, 30 feet of strong fishing line, a square of aluminum foil, and a reflective blanket. I know there could be more, but this fits in my cell phone pocket on my pants and is a bare-bones survival kit. I have 2 ways to make fire, but I know that the more options you have, the better your chances.

I keep mine locked up too.  My son has a few guns and all of them are locked up and he can only access them if I let him in the safe.  Sometimes he just likes to get them out and inspect them, which is fine as long as I am nearby.  He doesn't have the combo and will not be given the combo until he is much older and wiser.
