I remember when Al Gore came to town and did this big presentation with the police department where my dad worked.  Of the 20 or so police officers on stage with him, only 4 officers were allowed to remain armed.  My dad was still armed.  I don't recall exactly how they determined who was able to stay that way, but I thought it odd that we could trust the police but the VP could not.

I have several and have never had a problem  with them. They feed well and aren't too heavy. 

I work downtown and have encountered several of these individuals.  One man, who I was asking to leave, had a history of stabbing people and violent outbreaks.  No one told me this until after I had approached him, but luckily he was cooperative.  (it wasn't the guy the link was talking about) It is scary how many of these people are roaming the streets.  Anyone who goes downtown, at any hours of the day, needs to be alert and be armed!

I had a guy spot me carrying once. He thanked me for keeping everyone safe.

I really want to try this.  My first idea was to be a moonshiner until I found out that it was illegal.  My wife suggested I brew my owen beer instead.

I remeber the hardware store in town sold all kinds of pistols.  I was there the day they sold their last gun. 

Large rifle and 22 pistol.  Use the rifle for all needs and the pistol as a last ditch back up.

I often wonder if a air horn would be a nice addition to bedside defense.  Let the wife blow it while I shoot.  The noise would be a great distraction...I know I would crap my pants if I was on the other side of a armed homeowner and to top it off there was a loud honking.

You should always shop around.  My employer pays 100% of my insurance and the family coverage varies depending on how many children.  Shop around and if $360 is a good deal, keep it.

I've had the ones with metal rings and they hurt my fingers.  The straps look much more ergonomic. 

I spent 130 3 weeks ago, on a Hyundai battery. It always happens at the worst times too...

I have made that same mistake before. I lucked up today and got some federal 45 for $21 a box.  Last time I saw 45 was $32 a box so i felt I did good.  BUT at least you have some now...

They need to give the guy whatever he wants until they get the kid.  After they have the kid, go back on every promise they made and take a head shot!
