Forced air outside furnace or wood boiler?

Not sure what it is called, but one of my family has a wood burning stove-like thing that ties in with the central hvac. It uses the fan to help blow heat through the vents. The smoke vents outside (the unit is in the basement). It works really well and they never have to run the actual heat when a fire is going. In fact if too much wood is placed in it will run you outside; or have you raising the windows in the dead of winter. Even if the power goes out, the heat still works. It just doesnt "blow" out the vents. Sent barefoot from the hills of Tennessee -
I hope he gets the full amount. I had a wal mart employee try and check my receipt not too long ago. 10 people before me had gone unchecked; I told them to pound sand. They can ask but you can refuse. Sent barefoot from the hills of Tennessee

Like many of you I think these types of guns are cool but not $600 cool.
I've got the 995 in 9mm. It is one of the best shooting guns I have ever handled.
Nice. You know, your comment about antler handle neck knives made me think of something. If you went with a smallish blade knife (like about the size of the CRKT 'minimalist') and worked out a way to make the 'sheath' and handle both out of antler - or maybe attach a good bit of antler to the sheath - then did a little carving, etc. on the antler you could probably completely disguise the fact that it is a knife, at all. Not for any nefarious purpose, of course, but just because that would be kind of cool.
Great idea. I believe it could be done with the right antlers. I might give that a try; not for a nefarious purpose :) Sent barefoot from the hills of Tennessee

My TGO upper and lower are still sitting. I bought a barrel, lower parts kit, furniture, and a gas tube. I was only a few parts away to get it built and ran out of money. I'll get to it soon. I had kinda forgotten about it until your post. Can't wait to see your pics!

Picked this up a while back and forgot to show it off. It reminded me of the 9mm my father carried as a police officer, so I bought it. It fits perfectly in my hand and has a nice weight to it. I still need to hit the range to try it out....but here it is: I added the grip since I have larger hands and it feels perfect. Sent barefoot from the hills of Tennessee
