I do tree work. Unless you are willing to work for nothing,people aren't looking to hire you. People are holding onto their money very tightly. I can't say I blame them but I cannot work for the prices they are willing to pay. I also am a mechanic. I pride myself in doing excellent work the first time. I get lots of people telling me I charge too much so they take it elsewhere. I then get a call that the cheaper guy screwd it up worse or the repair didn't last. Can I fix his mistake for his low price? Sorry folks,you get what you pay for.

Yep. my thoughts exactly. I don't give them my business. years ago I asked to see an O/U shotgun. Kid behind the counter said he didn't have the keys for the rack so he called a manager who did. She pulled the gun and stuck the end of the barrels in my face while relocking the rack. I left and never gave them a chance at business again.

I worked with a guy in Michigan in the late 90's. He asked for a ride home one afternoon so I obliged. on the way we had to stop at a rent to own place so he could make a payment on some jewelry. Afterwards I met his family. All his daughters called him by his first name. He said it was because he couldn't marry their mother because they would lose government assistance. He also told me he sold his food stamps down on the corner for 50 cents on the dollar to buy beer and cigarettes.

Guns where cheaper in Connecticut while I lived there but everything else was at least double. I'll be fine back here paying a little more for guns. The purchasing process here is much easier as well.

It seemed well thought out. A showing that late is going to be mostly a young PC crowd. Your law abiding responsible adults who legally carry aren' likely to be at a movie that late. Plus the place was posted no firearms. Amazing how well those postings work.

I supported Ron Paul. I still support him as well as several others who ran. I do not support Romney and never will. If the Repubs want my vote they better find someone who is not a wishy washy robot to force down on me.

Detroit started it downhill spiral in the early 60's when they elected Coleman Young as mayor. They had a chance in the late 90's with Dennis Archer. He quit mid second term when he finally realized they wanted HIM to fix the city while everyone else continued the behavior the got them to where they were.

been carrying mexican for years. sometimes it's just easier depending on the situation. I always carry full size guns though.

I figure if they can't post it where it's obvious,I'm not going to worry about it that much either. I'm not standing in front of every door I enter for 10 minutes looking for there stupid little signs and stickers.

I don't hate them. I just hate how they feel in my hand. Now I hate the stupid finger grooves on the last two generations. I do think they are a good gun but I'm glad there are more comfortable offerings from other manufacturers.
