  1. Voting like that always gets us in the same boat.
  2. Marlin 1894s and colt anaconda. Both in 45 long colt.
  3. That wouldn't have been "the last train to Clarksville" by any chance would it? Sorry, couldn't resist.
  4. I can help depending on when and where .I'm good with ropes, straps, pulleys and ramps. I have moved many safes and wood stoves.
  5. Lucky for me,I'm a self employed tree climber. I carry when not in the tree. It's a weight issue only. With my other job as a mechanic I carry or it's very close. I prefer to carry all the time and prefer others do as well.
  6. Glad I'm self employed. All forms of carry are allowed in my workplace, wherever that may be.
  7. Mike,I like your thinking! We should meet up sometime and practice just in case!
  8. Excellent gun! I wille getting one when I get back from Connecticut
  9. I called CS last night to see if the driver had been fired. An irritated sounding black female told me to call the branch he was employed at and hung up. Anyone know the exact location he worked at?
  10. Looks like he just saved a fortune on his re-election campaign. No sense in anyone running against him either. I'd vote for him in an instant. Seems like he has a soul. Nice to see.
  11. That is mine too. I have decided to just buy new. Found a really good price on one. I have found a couple used ones but not for what I thought was a reasonable used price
  12. Be patient. I bet you'll get it and I'm not a betting man.
  13. More like crash or a transformer exploding.
  14. I never thought I'd see carry permits or open carry in Michigan in my lifetime. One of the reasons I left and moved back here in '99. I think a year or two later all that changed. I'm still shocked to this day. I'm all for no restrictions but if Michigan can progress, anything is possible. To be honest,we are the only ones holding ourselves back.
  15. you should be fine. everything I have had expunged has been. never had an issue.
  16. you must have a good one. Ones I have seen started acting goofy when the battery lost some juice. They didnt just get dim like normal.
  17. i don't know, if I don't pay attention the the details, really bad things happen.
  18. And the say I'm expensive.............good grief!
  19. you forgot the block of ice in each hand!
  20. LEDs don't seem to like the rechargables. Batteries + carries them.
  21. Surefire Backup is my EDC and favorite. Durable, bright, uses one 123 battery. And I'm not supporting the Chi Coms. Best light I've ever owned and I've owned and still own a lot.
  22. So would I. I still would go to my local dealer or the classifieds here to buy though. Screw Wall Mart.
  23. Did mine yesterday. Took 30 minutes or less. No illegals there either. Do people in the Nashville area get theres faster than other parts of the state? I'm hoping since I had one before it might speed it up but since I moved away for 6 years maybe not.
  24. Pretty much. Just patches most likely. Don't do it the winter though. I hate to see a dog suffer because their owner is a maroon. A dogs unsociable behavior is usually the result of its owners ignorance and/or laziness.
  25. I miss it too. I still stop in when I go back. My step brother lives in Davisburg so we usually run up there.
