I got my first one in 99 when i lived here. It too 54 days and that was fast then. Everyone else i knew got them close to the 90 day limit. Last one recently took 22 days. Be patient. They must be busy because of the fear of Obungo getting re ellected. People i know that i thought would never get one are getting them.
