  1. I don't really know what to say other than thank you all. I wish everyone a Merry Christmas.
  2. I fire form my 7-30 Waters brass from 30-30. Pretty easy to do. I use Lee dies I bought on Amazon. Fun round to target shoot and hell on wild pigs.
  3. Welcome
  4. I just looked at a new one on the Fort the other day ($1000.00) in .38 super. The quality in fit and finish was just not that good.    They are still made in .38 Super. The Super .38 was the name of the pistol that fired the old .38ACP   http://38super.net/Pages/History.html
  5. I'd give it a try first. Both my AUG and MSAR have polymer hammers.
  6. Merry Christmas
  7. . I dealt with that guy a few times with good results. Especially during the run they had on Perfecta ammo they had a while back.
  8. I have owned and still own many Hi Powers. For me it is a must have gun. At one time it was the most used military pistol in the world.
  9. The article is stating drones only that the OP posted.  Below from the FFA.   http://www.faa.gov/uas/registration/
  10. I sent mine back today. I have already sent mine in twice for repairs on the reticule. It sits on a HD weapon in my bedroom. I thought about selling it a while back but could not sell it in good conscious to another person. I am happy to get my money back. I really do like the sight and will get another when the issues are addressed. For the money they should have a better warranty period.
  11. Neoprene  works well. Same material in a diving suit. I own a couple of Sticky Holsters and the work extremely well. I've even done PT with one and it stays in place. Mine will fit several of my guns.   http://stickyholsters.com/
  12. Mine sits in a safe. The reticle  has gone out twice in 7 years where it had to be sent to the factory to be repaired. It would remain only dim and not work outside in bright light even after using a few set of batteries from different brands. They did pay for the repair both times, once in warranty and once out. I paid shipping both times.    $500.00 is a lot of money to take a chance on working., That said I have some 35.00 red dots that have taken a lot of abuse over 10 years and still work great.   I put my request in for a refund and will see what happens. I do like  my EOTECH.
  13. I agree. If you compare a Yugo with a WASR side be side you can see the difference in quality. They both work.
  14. I got one years use out of a .410 for my children. Went and got a 20 gauge.
  15. Always had good luck at A&H reloading in Nashville. http://ahreloading.com
  16. Congrat. Best day of my life when my little girl was born.
  17. I'm more worried that I might not be able to wear my Star Wars costume.
  18. I love my PPK. I also have a old Colt Government .380 and a Kahr PM9.
  19. Everyone I was issued was a POS. When I flew MEDEVAC I was issued a S&W model 10 and it was a great pistol.I even purchased one a few years ago because I had such fond memories of one.
  20. I have four of them. Love mine. Shoot both game and targets.
  21. I can't speak as to the FBI'S reason for switching to the 9mm. But for the military it has a lot to do with standardized the requirements for NATO.
  22. Very nice rifle. I like it !!
  23. Is there a processer in Mount Juliet . What is the going rate? It is a generous offer.
  24. I have a gen I DPMS and has been ultra reliable. It is a hog slayer. Sub MOA with a 16" barrel. Owned it since 2007. Four DMPS .308's have won rifle of the year to include this year. More than any other manufacturer. To my best of knowledge no other has won for a .308 AR. That being said a friends M&P10 was having the same issues as the OP and we replaced the extractor spring and insert and it ran fine.
