  1. If you know anybody in the Army it is sold in the class VI stores of the Fort. They carry the full line. I guess I took silver select and single barrel for granted.
  2. I was at the Outpost Armory yesterday and they had a good assortment of .380. Their prices seemed to average 19.99 per 50. This seems to be average in my travels. Their gun prices almost gave me a stroke . Decent prices on some accessories.
  3. When I was a Drill Sergeant I had female trainee's who had never fired a weapon shoot expert all the time.
  4. I know what you mean about traveling. I just got in from Orlando last night. In about a hour I am heading to Atlanta/ FT. Mcpherson for the rest of the week. I hope to make it home this weekend.

  9. All Chi Com ammo that I use to buy was copper washed. It has been unavailable since the mid 90's. Most of what pops up has been from personal stashes.
  10. What a great day. Great looking kids. My little Girl, she's 6 has a Savage Cub T she shoots. As far as a pistolI have a lot of .22 . The best for little hands is the Walther P22 with the small insert. It fits my Son's and Daughters hand like a glove.
  11. I have a 15R(5.45) with about 1000 rounds through it and if has been flawless. The fit in finish on it is great.
  12. Here at Fort there aren't many good gun shops. They are very high on prices. I met a Lady who runs a pawn/gun shop and she has given me some great deals. She does transfers for 20.00 out the door. She is also great on the eyes !!! lol

  15. My .308 AP4 is at 8 amd 1/2 pounds empty.
  16. The R25 is a DPMS. I really like my DMPS AP4 .308.
  17. I own a few Hi Standard .22. I have bought some used between 250-325. These are some excellent pistols for the money. The Trailslide from SIG/Sauer is actually made by Hammerli and can be found used for around 400.00.

    Glock 30?

    I own a Glock 30SF and have small hands. I really like mine.
  20. I have a Thompson Contender 14" in .223 . I have shot 200 + with. But I guess it's sort of cheating when compared to regular handgun calibers.
