  1. I laughed so hard I woke my Daughter up who was taking a nap next to me. It's tooo true.
  2. Robin Trower, then Stevie Ray and Clapton.
  3. You know you'll get tired of it. I'll go ahead and take it off you hands. LOL Nice pistol. You can't just own one.
  4. I got to hold one yesterday. I really couldn't tell the difference in weight from the .38 vs .357. I know after shooting my regular steel framed .357 I don't want to shoot the .357 LCR . I have seen two and both were priced at MSRP.
  5. Congratulations!
  6. Wished I knew you were going. I am home on leave this week.LOL
  7. LOL, now that's just too funny.

    .22lr Pistol?

I have a P22 with the Factory laser and it works great. Feeds any ammo I put into both that I own. Both use the updated mags. One is a 2006 and the other a 2009. I know others had problems with their P22's. I guess i have been lucky.
  9. My two shoot everything. I use the cheap wally world bulk. But my 5" loves Remington Vipers
  10. I bought on a few weeks ago. I have put about 200 rounds of the Remington bulk golden bullets and just a sample of five to seven different types from Eley to Augulia SSS with no issues.

    Unit patch?

It looks like a Air Defense Artillery (ADA) unit. Not sure of the number. It would help if you knew the time line of when your Grandfather was in.
  12. It's hard to beat the RCBS. They are made by OHAUS. A well known scale manufacturer.
  13. I have Dan Wesson CBOB's in ,45 and 10mm. They are worth taking a look at. But I also have Springfields. I am not to keen on Kimbers. The two I have had were problems. a CDP and a Full Size. Moto, Watch out they are addictive and they breed like crazy, One day you will have one the next day five.
  14. What is your budget?
  15. I have the S&W 5.45. It's performance is about the same as the 5.56 with regular ammo. The ammo is cheap. The S&W comes complete with every thing chrome lined. The Model 1 upper that is listed above is with out the bolt CG, which is another 211.00 on top of the 485.00 price. I got mine for around 579.00.
  16. I bought my 30SF from them and they did the install of NS no charge. it is a real good price if you qualify for the discount. I will be stopping by again soon. One of the most painless transaction I have ever had. In and out in 30 minutes.
  17. I purchased a 15-22 last week. I took it to Stones River yesterday. It is the flat top with the threaded barrel and A1 birdcage flash suppressor. I fired 300 round through it with no issues. I use bulk ammo from WM to Eley, even the 60 grain Augilia SSS without a hick up. I used the iron sights and the the groups were tight and easy to dial in. I then mounted Walther red dot and co-witness the sights and it got even tighter. i don't know when I have fired a .22 and had so much fun. I had a .22 conversion for my AR and this dedicated rifle is far more accurate. The magazines were very easy to load compared to the Black Dogs with most conversions and other dedicated rifles. Due to the adjustable stock it fit both of my children very well. I tried to purchase this rifle local at a well known gun store south of Murfreesboro but it was $200.00 more. I ended up buying at Palmetto State Armory. They do have a brick and motor store in South Carolina in the same building as their online warehouse. With a extra magazine it was right at $400.00. I feel this is the best bang for the buck that I have made in a few years. The smile on my children's faces attest to that. I will have to post pictures latter. My camera is at the Fort.
  18. I have owned several over the years. I now have MIII .40 in the epoxy finish. The finish is very durable and shows no wear from carrying. I still am on the looking for the right deal on a 9mm blued version. I saw a FM Hi power the other day finished in ROBAR. It was a very nice finish and looked durable. I agree there is something about a Hi Power,
  19. Sam Hoster at the Complete Gun Shop in Gallatin. He does excellent work and bluing. I have taken modern and older firearms to him. He is also custom 1911 builder. Very quick turn around. Complete Gun Shop
  20. My little girl started at 4. Two years latter she's still at it. She scored 6 goals last Saturday and is a rough player. It is a blast to watch . Everyone is right about there is not much difference between practice and the game.

    Norinco AK

These guys were the bigest players at one time for Norico and Polytech. This is there new name but still owned by Keng's Firearms in Atlanta. "Your Source for Quality AK-47 & SKS Accessories" Poly Technologies Home Page
  22. All the SIG 522 I looked at all had a folding stock. Not the same adjustable amount for length of pull the M&P had. But the M&P felt much lighter and easier to control for my little ones.
  23. I was at Palmetto State Armory on Saturday. I looked at he 522 and the 15-22. I went with the 15-22 due to the adjustable stock and sights. They were both priced well. The 522 came with two barrels for some reason and no sights. I bought the 15-22 for my little ones which I think will fit them better due to the stock.
  24. Damn, Just came out of the field from night fire. 18 pages of nothing. Daniel, I knew you were a troublemaker. Don't make me call Tosten.
  25. Da, puno bolje.
