Man, I hate to hear this. I went through the same scare two years ago. You will love the ultra sound. (Weird Feeling). Make sure you get a GREAT Urologist. We will keep you in our prayers.

I also have been given refunds on firearms. Twice recently here in Tennessee. Sounds like back pedaling to me.

Forget the Manager, you need to talk to the owner. I was sold something that was passed off as new and it was used at a LGS. I marched back in there about a hour later and walked out with my money. The owner came on here a while back and apologized to me and stated he had let the guy go. This was all because a similar thread was started about poor customer service and it got back to him. I don't know about Tennessee but Georgia use to have a law against this called "Theft by Deception" and it covered a lot different areas in business practices. I would not roll over and just suck it up. Pack it up and take it back to them in person and ask them to explain along with the emails from Arsenal. On Target should pay for the repair no matter what.

I'm on Walmart's new Family Mobile which is through T-Mobile. We have two lines with unlimited minutes, text and data for $95.00 total to include taxes. I travel all over with the Army and have not experienced any issues in the three months we have used this service. I have their version of the android phone. This a no contract service. When I was with AT&T, I'd have to walk around the yard to talk .

Torrin, How was the slide to frame fit on yours. i held a slightly used one the other day and the pistol rattled worse that a Hooker 's knees in a church. I was thinking I wanted one until i held this one. With the slightest movement it rattled like crazy.

Back in the late 80's early 90's, Carrol O'Connor (Archie Bunker) use to come in my place all the time. They were filming "In the Heat of The Night there. Use to bring in the entire cast from time to time. He was a rally nice guy. His wife I can't say so. My brother use to work for Burt Reynolds and Kenny Rogers. Both great with a wonderful sense of humor. Over the years I have met a lot of interesting people being in the Restaurant and Club business in Atlanta.

If you want a PPS you need to try the new Kahr CM9.
-
They did make a blued model just last year, there are over 800 listings on gunbroker for PPK ,you won't have a problem when you get ready.
-
I have a PPK/s in stainless and it is one of my favorites. It is a interarms version. Ii has a nice trigger. In th 70 and 80's this was one of the number one backup guns for police. I have heard of hammer bite for some. I've let quite a few shoot mine and some have even bought one. The pistol is a icon in firearms. It is one of the most copied pistols ever made. As stated it is not for everyone. .380 is about the limit for a straight blow back design. Shoot a kel tec or a lcp for a while. I don't know if I would buy a S&W made PPK since they changed the design. There are better options out there today than the Walther, but it is a piece of history.

While Dolomite is correct about MIL SPEC being the minimum standards, I don't think using the analogy of a report card "D" is correct. It is more of a Go or No GO rating It is a document that states the technical requirements that an Item must meet per a military/defense contract. Each item has its own document. If this analogy were true then we would be flying around with "D" rated parts in our aircraft. Again as stated before being mil spec does not make it the best. I have owned DPMS that were all staked properly and some were not. All functioned great. It seems the more produced by a company the more issues are reported on the internet. Even the specialty AR's have had issues in the past. Knight, BCM, DD and Novenske. I'm sure there are a lot of VET's on here that have used Mil Spec gear on here that was crap to begin with. So I don't put much faith in the term Mil Spec as Dolomite suggested A educated buyer will buy the best that he can afford. I for one would rather have a DPMS (Warranty) than a pieced together upper/lower by some unknown company. But as stated for a little bit more you can but a better AR. As Dolomite and others have stated, there is better out there than MILSPEC. The secret in doing your home work and always the $$$$ you are willing to part with. Because we all know it is a disease and you can't just own one.
-
Very nice build. Where did you get the rail set up/front hand guard?
-
I have owned a few DPMS and had no issues. For the average shooter it will get the job done. Sounds like a great price for a starter.

My little girl shoots the crap out of mine. She would love if. I think you should leave of alone. -
I got to handle one this weekend at the Armory in Lebanon. I was $349.00. It was nice and fairly light. I'm with others here. I also have been looking at a Neos carbine.

I have taken apart and put back together a crap load of FN M4, Colts M4..A2 and A3's and have never seen that kind of wear from a charging handle on it and the upper. Especially on the anodizing on the inside of the upper. Something appear out of spec on a new rifle. I would take better pictures and email Daniel Defense on a new rifle. Maybe others can shed more light. Bottom line I would want the company to repair it. Just goes to show that the upper end AR's have issues also.
