I went with a Leupold Mark AR scope. It has a standard reticule. It comes with a turret for 55 grain 3100fps. But you can call Leupold Custom Shop and they can make a turret for you specific load for not to much. They can also supply a blank and you can make your own.

My Family and I usually go to St Simons Island every year. The last couple of year it has been just too hot. This year we rented also in the Gatlinburg area and traipsed around the GSMNP and had a wonderful time. It went by too quick. My wife also has a love of the camera and she took some great pictures. We are looking at somewhere south of G'burg or North Georgia next year. I'm going to take my Motorcycle.

If it was a 1911. I have had quite a few that will throw brass in your face. On a Glock 21 this is the first I have heard of it. There are some Glock Armorers on here that will chime in shortly for sure.

I know the ones I buy come in 300 round packs It is very good ammo. Current Mil Surplus is $ 6.50-7.00. I saw 1200 rounds seel recently for $440.00 local pick up only. I always jump on it when I can find it. I got some South African in .308/7.62 that I like also. I have battle packs I have had for years in my stash.

My dogs went to the door and stuck there heads out and turned right back arond. We had to drag them out.

Same here !! I would like to give mine another try. I have since bought a M&P 15-22 because of this. It is the most fun for the buck I have bought in a long time. I have to fight the children to get it away from them. That being said it would be nice to train with my normal rifle.

I also have carried weapons in a POV. All of my units are MP's and some are armed to the teeth. We take all weapons to AT. There is also the new 11th Aviation that has AH-64's that are combat arms. They are a USAR unit. Our CS MP companies have had patrol duties on their current mission's. SOCOM just cited one of my units for pulling a SF A-Team out of a bad jam in Afghanistan. They had a high casualty rate (with loss of life) for such a small unit.

I used a rubber mallet on my old Tantal from Century and it worked. Just a few light taps.

I got some home made cards my children made for me. Then was given a mini fridge/freezer for my man cave/shop. Then off to the mountains for vacation.
