  1. What about the new FNP-45?
  2. Is that the loaner gun you were telling me about? You can add another upper for that in 5.45X39. Smith and Oly are making them. I guess were both still waiting on the Germans!!! THAT IS ONE NICE RIFLE!!!
  3. I got to the range and shot it. It shoots about 8 inches low from POA @ 25 feet. It have the same sights as my 220ST all steel gun. I'm not use to the lighter pistol. I will try to shoot it from a rest to find out if I am limp wristing. It was one big hole though. I think I am going with a MTAC holster because you can change out scabbards. Any thoughts on this? It has a #6 front and #8 rear sight.

    Sig P250

I got to hold one the other day in Rabbi's shop. It appeared to be a very nice gun. I am waiting on a range report, congrats to your Mrs.
  5. I just got a 220 Elite Carry SAO and it is a dream to shoot. I have a 220ST which is a all steel gun and it is hefty. But you can shoot it all day. I really soaks up the recoil compared to the alloy framed guns.
  6. High standard
  7. I met my Mrs during my first deployment. She is country as hell. One leg shorter than the other from walking up and down the mountains. She can detail strip clean a weapon, skin a dear and do a brake job on a car. She was a Medical Sergeant in the Army. She also gave my my first baby a little girl at 47. Tungsten, I know how you feel.
  8. I have owned a couple of builds from century. All of them have had some issues. I am down to one a Tantal AK. I thought they had got there stuff together with this rifle. The front sight is canted. Also there are post all over the Internet about the barrel for this rifle. Even though it is made by Green Mountain. Some people state that the rifle starts Key-holing when hot. Rumor has it they were .223 instead of app .221. And the twist was wrong. I bought mine in the winter and just took it to the range and ran 90 rounds through it no problem. I've been told I need to heat it up and check at 100 meters. If this does happen I am finished with century. They have good deals on C&R weapons and ammo. I would be very cautious about anything they have built. Their customer service has been real bad in the past but I've been told it is improving. There are deals on this board and internet for 700.00 and above. I would wait.

    Guns over Women?

    +2 Now that's too funny!!
  10. The 1911PD S&W is a really nice pistol that Rabbi has at his shop. I have been wrestling over buying it for weeks. I already have three 1911's. I purchased a 220 Elite Carry from Rabbi so that kind of made it a mute point for right now according to the MRS. Somebody needs to own that gun.
  11. Sorry to hear about your wreck. I'm glad you are allright I've had my BMW about six years. I only ride in the country. To nervous to ride in town. Car drivers just don't look for you. Get well soon.
  12. I was at the FT. Benning Gun Shop. They had some French MAS Rifles. The sign stated "$149.00 Like New Only Dropped Once" I don't think one sold the entire time I was there.

    New Carry Weapon

    Congrats, we need photos!!!
  14. It's been enlightening and educational.
  15. Try searching the INTERNET for "driving holsters". I have had one for years but forgot who made it. Most are convertible from driving to cross, 2-4 o'clock and SOB.
  16. I had my CZ 52 out yesterday. The Yugo and Bulgarian ammo is cheap. Just remember it is corrosive. It is mean round.
  17. I am new to this board. But I have noticed that if you are a moderator you receive different treatment. Not so much in the last week. I really like this board. +1 on the last two post.
  18. It's funny. I have just been looking on link at a cub-t in pink. But I think the mini cub is the ticket. Thanks
  19. Good info. Does it apply to LEO's? When I owned bars/restaurants, LEO's of all types were carrying and drinking.
  20. Now that's a happy camper. What make is the rifle? I have been looking for my children. There are a lot of youth rifles out there. I was surprised by all the makes.
  21. I got out to Stones River and finally shot it. It ran great. I like the stock very much due adjustable length of pull. I also got to shoot the Tantal I purchased from Rabbi. The 5.45 is a shooter, almost no recoil.
  22. Verbal Kint, We all have opinions. I respect yours. That is what these boards are about. Just you out of curiosity, you mentioned sticking up for your brother. Is that person a moderator?
  23. Leave it to the airsofter's to come up with something like this.
