I carry a 442 in a Desantis, but you have to have loose fitting jeans with deep pockets. I have a few pair of Arizona boot cut jeans from JC Penny. I know they won't fit everyone, but they work for me. Pocket carry also works in my shorts. The key is deep pockets.

It must be a woman thing about not caring about how to open the safe. My wife couldn't care less about being able to open it. The combination is in the book that came with the safe and it is hidden where my wife, son, and daughter know where it is.

About 2 years ago I bought a safe at Gander Mountain. It listed for 899 or 999, anyway, I did their credit card thing and got 100 off. I was there a couple of weeks ago and they have really improved the safes. They have more and bigger locking bolts and thicker steel. There was one model that was made of 7 gauge steel. It was expensive, but so nice. I wished that I had waited and gotten one of the better ones now. I had to pick a size that would go through a closet door. I should have bolted it to the slab, but didn't.

My wife and I are thinking about going to Nashville for a couple of days. We've been before so we know a little bit about it. She likes to shop(don't all women) and I can tag along with her. We enjoy good eats also. I'm 65 and she is 59 and in good shape for our ages. I'd prefer to remain armed where ever we go. Are there any suggestions of what to do and go see and places not to go. Someone mentioned a restaurant or club in GreenHills that has good entertainment. All suggestions appreciated.

I was out there last year and we had dinner with a friend of a friend. This guy was a shift leader of the security team there at the Wynn and I asked him about carrying in the casino. He said positively no. He told me a story about how they spotted a FBI agent carrying and they disarmed him there in the casino. He may have been lying to me, I don't know. The Wynn may be posted. I don't know that either. Nevada does reconize Tenn. permits. Watch out for the postings and keep it concealed and I think you will okay.
