Amazing story and will be interesting to see this fly again.

I'm also a WWII aircraft nut (the F4U Corsair is my fav) and I love to see these warbirds restored, especially to flying condition. -
Shoot the thing down and I bet you will be on the evening news labeled as a nut job running around a neighborhood discharging a weapon. The news media hates guns. We all know that. They will certainly spin the story to make you look evil.

I say the Seahawks will pull it out, bottom of the 9th with a single shot home run.

Years ago I flew from FL to St Louis for a hunting trip in Illinois. On my return trip there was an elderly lady going thru TSA next to me. They found her fingernail clippers and took them away. TSA's version of Paul Blart started lecturing her about why she couldn't take them on the plane. She kept telling him to put it back in her bag. I thought she was going to punch him in the throat. Predator drone helps convict North Dakota farmer
It was tossed because thermal showed the husband and wife in bed together in a bedroom in the house if that helps. Gotta remember too that every piece of imaging has to be turned over to defense and nothing can be edited out. If it's tainted the case can be dismissed. I think thermal use is nice to have but has to be used right. Imagine what a home looks like owned by a guy who fires things in a kiln overnight. It can look like a meth lab. This is going to get real interesting. I'm surprised private sector hasn't jumped on drones..the original builders stole technology from the rc hobby industry to begin with in the beginning, let's see if any of it comes back.
That's why we couldn't use digital pictures of crime scenes, etc, in the judicial circuit where I was a deputy. A defense attny argued and a judge agreed that digital photos were easier to alter. That was a long time ago and it may be different now, but back then it was a pain to keep up with film & cameras and then have pics developed. -

I couldn't find the lower court ruling but I did find Kyllo vs United States where SCOTUS overturned his conviction. Guess that trumps the lower court ruling. I stand corrected. -
I would agree that advanced thermal imaging into the home would be a violation, but fly overs not so much
Disregard my post. Had vapor lock of the cranial cavity..... -

I'm another one with ADHD that can't sit thru an entire video. Cut out the crap and a 30 min video is down to 7 min.

Those are funny! I also like the presidential debate ones.

So you want to see a picture of some of the Walmart problem?
CQB Elite replied to hardknox00001's topic in General Chat
A while back I was at work and my wife & 3 daughters stopped by to pick up a few things. We were walking thru the kids cloths when a man walked by and saw my name badge. He stopped and started yelling at me about how Walmart was hoarding ammo. This was right in front of my family. I stopped him and asked if he really believes that. He said he did. I told him that Walmart is in the business to make money. We sell everything from hairspray to ground beef. Why would we hoard something that we can sell? He nodded his head and walked off. Not only do the employees have to deal with the "ammo campers" getting angry about not getting in any .22, they have to also clean up their mess when they leave. These guys not only leave the chairs but also coffee cups and tobacco juice spit cups everywhere. -
Knife Rights said we would be back to fix TN and we are!

Hope it passes! -
This past Wednesday we sold 6 cases of Remington Golden (225 rd packs) in two hours. I bought 3 of the last 5 boxes we had left. As I was paying for them there was a large group of panic faced people that ran up to look in the case. The look on their face was priceless when they saw the last 2 boxes sitting there.

IMHO- FNH is building a rifle to compete with S&W and not Daniel Defense (for example). That's evident from the price point ($899) that is being proposed to dealers. I guess we will know for sure what we get for the money once these rifles hit dealers.
If that is the case it sounds to me like the PSA remains the better buy.
That's what most posters on M4C.net are saying, the PSA rifle would be a better buy.
My PSA upper has a FN CHF barrel on it, so who knows.
They are selling them to PSA but they signed an agreement to not sell commercial AR's using their .gov parts. They can sell these parts to others tho. I bought a FNH barrel for one of my builds. There is a long thread on M4C.net about these rifles. One of the last posts is from someone at SHOT show. The reps at the FNH booth told him the barrels are button rifled. It's also been reported that FNH has been sourcing parts from other manufacturers to build these rifles as per the TDP agreement with Colt.
You do know that FNH is who produces the M16A2, M4/M4A1's, M249, and M240B right? At which this will come with the VERY same barrels used on the genuine article, which are a proven steel quality and while the M4 may not have the best reputation in the desert, we're also not exactly near any moon-dust are we? I would assume that they are going to price it on par with a Colt which would be the $1000-1200 range.
Not necessarily. The barrels on the sample at FNH's booth at SHOT are button rifled and NOT CHF from what I understand. They are also 4140 chrome moly. I doubt FNH is going to put their M249 steel barrel on a $899 rifle. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk
