  1. I'm with you on that! We, as gun owners, need to get as vocal as the anti-gun groups are.
  2. Glockmeister has the Gen 4 for $549. Pay the transfer and save the sales tax http://www.glockmeister.com/GLOCK-19-Gen-4/productinfo/G19GEN4/
  3. Good idea, but anything South of Ocala isn't Florida........
  4. Nice looking rifle! I was just on their site going thru the rifle builder. About half way thru the "order is closed til 12 midnight" message popped up. Guess they are only taking a certain number of orders per day. Did they give you a lead time til delivery?
  5. You guys lost me when ya'll started talking about rotating balsamic arbitrators and self regulating axis gobstoppers.... Guess I'll stick to the "which BB gun should I buy" and "are farts supposed to be lumpy" threads.
  6. Troy didn't go with Walmart as the exclusive retailer because Troy probably couldn't build them for what Walmart was willing to pay per unit. Dick's probably agreed to pay more for each rifle than the other retailers Troy approached.
  7. I thought maybe the Romulans or Klingons were jamming our signal in advance of their invasion......
  8. I've been asking my wife that for about 4 years. We are originally from Florida and here soon I hope to be able to transfer back that direction.
  9. Thanks for posting that. My daughters' school is in a sub-division full of $400,000 + homes. Very few are empty. I often wonder how people can live/work in Shelby Co and afford these houses
  10. Glockmeister has them listed for $499. http://www.glockmeister.com/Glock-19/productinfo/G19/
  11. I've been searching for a barrel to finish my build, but a blind hog would have better luck finding an acorn! Oh well, I'll keep looking and maybe stumble on some ammo too.
  12. I have a handgun listed for sale in the classified section of the forum but I can't edit the title. I receive an Oops message when I try . I'd like to add "price reduced" to the title.
  13. Congrats on the press! Like you I've been wanting one for a while but Santa only brought me a lump of coal. Keep us updated on what you learn on your journey in reloading.
  14. Keep them because in a few months we'll be able to buy what we need dirt cheap.
  15. I was looking for a 300 Blackout barrel for my AR build until this craziness happened. I want a barrel something fierce but I'm not going to pay more than what I would have a week or so ago. I'll keep all my parts put away until the prices come back down. Then I'll finish my build.
  16. Walmart.com does not have the overhead that Walmart Stores have so their prices are cheaper. They are part of the same company but I can see why they wouldn't compete with itself.
  17. Welcome to TGO! I'm in Collierville as well.
  18.   They should call that version the "Tacticool Big Foot" edition.
  19. I've owned all 3 (G22,23&27) and carried all both on duty and off. I found all to easy to shoot, tough as nails, very accurate and above all dependable. The .40 S&W is a good round and I don't really see it as a "compromise" round.
  20. People that are in shock sometimes behave differently. His doctor may have also given him some antidepressants to get him through.
