so the computer someone gave me that i have been using has a bunch of issues, which all lead to a virus, i cant log onto Facebook and some other websites i like, or anything it tells me i need to be an administrator but nobody knows the password... also it wont let me use any antivirus and i cant download anything since im not a administrator, is there any way i could bypass that or figure a way to log on the administrator account?

after i got home i even worked out and it didn't bother me but i will take the advice and be easy on it, i got an appointment to see a doctor in the morning i hope all goes well

The pain is very tolerable i can move my arm up and down with only minor pain, although some movements make a very sharp pain, im not going to lift anything heavy for a few days.

so last nite during my MMA training we were doing Jiu Jitsu and wrestling and i rolled over on my left shoulder to escape a position when suddenly my shoulder popped and went numb and it popped rite back in within seconds, i immediately got up and my trainer got me some ice, today it has been hurting like all get out and i read its called a shoulder subluxation does anyone know how serious this is? i hope its fine and doesn't require Surgery!
