Twelve year old me and a buddy walking dirt roads with our .22s and a pocket full of ammo.  Cars would pass, the people would wave.  Nobody called the cops, nobody worried.  We never shot anything we weren't supposed to.  Prior to that, substitute a BB gun for the .22 from the age of eight or nine.

The only one I know of is over on Broad.  I've used the car was part, but never a detail job, so I'm not much help.  :0)  They do a good car wash.  As far as .22lr... maybe we need to start with some people on the street corners with signs that say "We buy .22lr"  instead of gold.

Only buys pink guns and cammo.  Ha Ha!   Also fully supports mag cap limits and assault weapons ban.   Oh, now I've gone too far!

  This is what infuriates me.  By the time I get there, nothing!  I just want to restock .40 FMJ's for less than the price of a gold brick.  Got plenty of HP's but don't want to plink with them.

I've also noticed some AR's sitting around for a bit, so it's encouraging.

  Sounds like you left some meat on the bone.  I've got about 600 rounds of .22LR and I don't even have a .22 anymore.  I've been hanging on to it just for spite.  :0)

Doesn't seem to be under government control, so I doubt it will be a universal currency anytime soon.

I forgot about Casey Jones, but I haven't found much else.  Tried a Yelp highly rated Thai place that did not live up to the rating.  I'm always on the lookout for good BBQ.

So are we trying to call people on their hypocrisy? Is that the goal of this thread now? Yes, I think we as taxpayers are on the hook for every pet project, every entitlement, every delusion of grandeur, and every entitlement sensed whim of our politicians. It is frustrating and we are powerless to stop it. So a little venting under the political tab should be fine. If trolling is okay, so is venting frustration.

Not just Obama, politicians in general spending money frivolously while the common people get sequestered. Maybe this isn't the biggest deal, but it aggravates the sore. For some I'm sure it's Obama hate, but for me, it's contempt for the ruling elite.
