  1. Well, he did go through the trouble of getting it "dialed in". :0)
  2. I'd appreciate that. Let me know when you are back in the swing of things and we can figure something out.
  3. It is. These rounds are 110gr. V-MAX. I also shot some SSA 115gr. X-Treme's.
  4. Is that close to what you get?
  5. These are factory Hornady.
  6. Welcome. Just to put it out there, I've had great experiences with www.ammunitiontogo.com. Good customer service experience too.
  7. That looks nice. I've never shot a bullpup style rifle, but have wanted to.
  8. I finally got to go shoot my 6.8 AR today and I noticed something odd. When I chambered a round, the firing pin makes contact with the primer hard enough to leave a dent on the order of a light primer strike. I've never noticed this on my 5.56, is this normal or is something amiss? It seems like this could potentially set the round off.

  10. Nobody. Good points on both sides, but ultimately no concession or overly convincing arguments. Good fight all around though.
  11. This really made me think. Worth a watch if you have a few minutes.
  12. Man, you guys have stamina!
  13. Exactly. We are supposed to count on the good graces of a POS like that guy?
  14. "Police said they don’t recommend victims fighting back." So we're supposed to just stand there and take it? Not if I have any chance at all. What do you call a person without a gun? Victim.
  15. From your description, it sounds like V2 is the way to go.
  16. Didn't he know his dad would be bringing the heat? Wonder what the weapon was he was attacking the dad with. Definitely sounds like some rough family issues there.
  17. Deja Vu, didn't we already run down this rabbit hole? I think the point that gangs and violence won't be solved by legalizing pot is very valid. These idiots will just shift their "business" to some other "product" that will bring in money. It's whack a mole.
  18. But it's all BLINGED up so you can pull some aggro! Oh, that's in a video game. Well, since you probably aren't going to train with the weapon, the bad guy will get a little bonus besides your wallet and jewelry when he shoots you while you struggle to get the gun out of its hand stitched holster.
  19. True and funny. Comedy payoff at the end of the video.
  20. We bought a unit from Hiller a couple of months ago. They price match, so we saved a couple of thousand by getting a competitive quote from another company.
  21. I hope you are right, my friend.
  22. We're not defeated yet, but who didn't see this coming with such a weak candidate? Maybe we've all been had.
  23. I think your trip to the reloaders bench will be eye opening.
  24. Buy cheap, buy twice. That's my general approach, but Lee would get you going and are decent quality. My opinion is that with that many calibers, a turret or progressive will be better in the long run. Save up and spend the extra money for a better press.
