  1. Somebody loan me a Glock! LOL
  2.   I should have taken pictures of that grouping. A nice line straight up the border. Just enough to count as hits. LOL
  3. After not having shot in almost 3 months I'd say 4th was alright. Fun match, I loved the smell of evergreen after each run. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. If something changes I will be in the Knoxville area for Thanksgiving, and returning to Nashville Friday evening.    I also happen to have an extra monitor, pretty sure it is a 17" widescreen.
  5. Actually I think that makes the need for popcorn greater.
  6. Man I cant wait for life to settle down so I can start shooting again.
  7. I might have to check this out.
  8.   This is an excellent point, especially when you think about it from the founding principles. That said, the target should really reflect that zone of diaphragm all the way to the head as a down 0.    But, in the end it is a game, and one we would all like to see grow. Changes like this will impact newer shooters, and especially the ones that are in that area of trying to speed up to be competitive yet not quite ready to go that fast. That could have a negative impact on their enjoyment.    I dont mind changes that are designed to slow everyone down, but it is important to remember that it is a game and when you make these changes it rarely impacts the top people. But the rank and file shooters are another story. If they stop having fun, then there wont be any growth.
  9. Way to go everyone!
  10. I'll slow down and actually start caring about dropping the points for sure, and we will start seeing more make-up shots on down 1s. Accuracy over speed is the preferred emphasis I guess. Meh.   But I think it will be another negative in the eyes of new shooters.
  11. Probably. I liked it though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. The double swinger was mean! If you didnt get your shots in on the first few swings the timing got really rough.
  13. I forgot that the bump on the top/front of the gun actually has a use.
  14.   THIS!   I am partial to 1911/2011s personally, and I LOVE my STI (I have a few from Para too). I moved to these after shooting CZs for a while. Ultimately, it was finding which one fit me best. In my case it is the 1911 platform. But there is absolutely nothing wrong with the CZs.   That said, for 3 gun I would look at the STI, a Para 18.9, or a CZ Tactical Sport. But that is me, for you I would say pick the one you REALLY want.
  15. Looks good. Sorry I have to miss this one.
  16. Great match! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Looking forward to this. And happy to say that the new mags are all broken in so starting with 22 is possible. ;)
  18. I will be there for the first few hours at least. Trying to decide if I should bring the USPSA Lim guns or the IDPA one.    I'll prolly just bring both. ;)
  19. Not sure what my schedule is that day, but I'll let you know when I know. If I can be there I am certainly willing to assist.
  20.   It was nice to meet you as well.
  21. Crap, dont think I can make this one.
  22. Thank you for your perspective. You make excellent points. On that note, I'm done. Michael, you can choose to call me or not. I leave it up to you. I won't post on this again. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
