  1. Back to the top, this one is better looking than the pictures sho. $875 or Reasonable Offers.
  2. This one is clean, if it was fired it was very little.

It's in decent condition for It's age but it does appear that the frame was refinished you can see it if you blow up the pictures. $440 Cash FTF. I live in the Whitehouse area and can meet locally around Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Gallatin and Nashville area. Lowred price to reflect that the frame apears to have been refinished
  6. That's a shooter for sure. How do you like the Birds Head Grips, I've never picked up a single action that has them.
  7. Now I know what my next purchase will be.
  8. I owned this gun, and I can tell you this it is a tack driver. Who ever gets this one you'll definitely be pleased with it. Free bump for a great rifle.
  9. you did good, I've thought about ordering one but the wait times are a killer for me and I only use Gun Broker to check out the guns I'm looking for that have are FFL's and then I either look the them up on a search to get the store information, or message them through Gun Broker about purchasing it directly from them to cut out the sales tax especially if it's above a $1000. It has worked out about 90% of the time for me.
  10. BULL ARMORY makes some good 2011's, did you have to order that one or did you find it in stock somewhere. I've been searching around for awhile on one of the compact models like yours, you can PM me the details if you'd like. Interested in were you got it and the cost. Enjoy shooting that one.
  11. Magiznes play a big part in all guns and so does proper lubricant of the gun. When you get the gun from your friend inspect that feed ramp he "polished" to make sure the feed ramp angle hasn't changed. Dremel tool can be both your friend and your worst enemy to use if you don't pay attention or know what your doing when using them. I've had to replace a couple of barrels on a couple of used 45acp's one was my fault, the other two were ruined by the previous owner do to the miss use of a dremel tool. Ditch the motor oil for lubricant and get some synthetic transmission fluid for lube, I've used that for years on my ar's and semi aouto shotguns, and my 1911's and 2011's works great, make sure to lube the barrel hood and lock up lugs. And buy another brand of mag like the video said and test it against the factory mag. and see.
  12. It seems like a good idea, you're not going to get rich but might make a dime or two. I was reading through the posts on this and a few pointed out to make sure they are legit to own a gun. Obviously if they look younger than they are your going to question them and probably ask to see their handgun permit, but how do you determine that the nice 50yr old man you meet FTF and talk to for a few minutes, how do you know if he's legal to own a gun, I mean your not going to have access to that information. I've done a bunch of FTF with some of the members here and have even driven a good distance to meet and buy or sell a gun. Just because you've delt with them before you still aren't going to know if they are still legal to buy a gun, I'm not against selling or buying FTF but we're rolling the dice every time we do so as to if that person's legal to own or purchase a gun. I sold one several years ago at the Nashville Fairgrounds Gun Show to a guy I knew personally and even ran several backgrounds on him when I would help out at a couple of local gun shop's a while ago and they all came back clear. Then after that he got into a little trouble and wasn't able to pass a background check.
  13. Now that's an impressive 2011 collection. Those INFINITY's are nice
  14. I had seven Staccato's, P 4.14 Full, P DPO, two C2 DPO's, two C Single Stack's, and a CS DPO. They are all great guns and handled great. I sold all but two of them, I kept one C that I had Monsoon Tactical do their Genghis Comp on it, had the Bbl coated in DLC I then installed a Wilson Combat Bullet Proof Single Side Thumb Saftey and a flat faced trigger. The CS I have I did the exact same mods except for the Comp. I rotate carrying them they shoot great never had a problem with any of them. I'm going to get the new C Double Stack soon, overall they are great for the price point. Now a NightHawk, Gun Crafters, Staccato's XC and few other higher end 2011's are on another level as far as quality and more attention that goes into building them. Overall I'd rather carry a 2011, and that's coming from someone who is a die hard 1911 fan, I had fifteen of those once from a Springfield Armory basic GI model to a couple of Wilson Combat CQBE's a few NightHawk's five Les Baer's and Gun Crafter.
  15. Let's list this one again. Smith & Wesson 22/32 Heavy Frame 6"Bbl. 22lr Mid to Late 20's. $900 CASH FTF. I live in the WhiteHouse area and can meet in the Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Gallatin area but can drive a little ways to make the transaction. Here's the pictures.
  16. This is the last time, back up.
