I feel your hurt. I've been on Chemotherapy Treatments for a year now and I developed numbness in my hands and feet due to the side effects from my treatment. My hands sometimes are buzzy or feel thick and I get a burning feeling in the tips of my fingers and it sometimes keeps me from doing any small tack. My feet are numb but they don't have the burning sensation like my hands do, and the skin on my hands peel sometimes and crack. It's hard to bend my fingers sometimes. I to took the Gabapentin 300mg four times a day but I quit it due to it combined with my other meds that for a week straight I would literally pass out two or three times a day during that week, so I quit it. I really don't know what to tell you to use for the pain, so far I've learned to just live with it for now, but it sucks. If you find something that works for you please PM me and tell me about it. Good luck sir.

I've had that happen to me to. I gave up on Gunbroker due to the sales tax charge (9.25% TN. Tax), that can add up quick on a $2000+ Gun. That's why I just stick to buying on the forums I belong to, or just go to one of the local shops and ask if they can do better if I pay cash, that way the tax doesn't feel so bad. You can't hardly find anything on line anymore that you don't have to pay taxes on it, it's just convenient to order everything online anymore, and that's sad.

I just had a PET SCAN for my Cancer that I have. The scan showed that I had a few smaller ones, well I've p!$$ed about 6 small ones in the last 3 weeks. I had a bladder stone when I was working in PA about 2yrs ago and couldn't pee for about 3 days, only dribbles. Went to a clinic and got a prescription for TAMULOSIN (not sure if I spelled that right) it helps to open up the pee vein, well I passed that one and thought I was going to pass out but once it popped out I bet I peed 4 gallons out at least it felt like it. The pain from that one was terrible especially trying to work.

I wear a 30X STETSON Beaver Felt Hat. Keeps the rain and snow off my head and provides pretty decent warmth.

Got 36yrs as a Pipe Welder, started when I was 18 working with my father doing Pipeline Maintenance on high pressure Natural Gas Lines in PA were I was raised. The last job I worked with him was a 36" line that stretched 68mi on our part, the rest went down into WVA. to a pumping station. I got out of that line of work for a little while. Moved here to TN and started welding for the Pipefitters Local 572 in Nashville, did that up until a year ago. I went in the hospital for some basic stents, but that turned out to me having heart surgery. Well 5 bypasses later while I was getting ready for the bypass surgery, I got digonased with stage 4 Colon and Liver Cancer. Been almost a year on Chemotherapy Treatments and they seem to be working. I had to take a disability retirement early (I'm 55yrs old) they gave me a 5yr window so hopefully I can beat this. But I can tell you this I enjoy being retired, just not this way but I don't miss crawling around in the dirt, or being 200' in the air welding.

This thread started out honoring a man that deserves and earned respect. I feel we need to drop the Covid-19 crap, and respect the man. RIP General Colin Powell, my god give you everything you deserve in heaven.

That's a fine collection of Smith&Wesson's. I got bit by the revolver scene here lately, I've purchased 6 Smith&Wesson's over the last 3months, I've got a Mod 29 44mag with a unfluted cylinder and 3"bbl, 6 1/2"bbl 45acp, 357mag Highway Patrol w/ 6"bbl, 1964 38spl w/ 4"bbl, a 36Mod Chief w/ 2 1/2"bbl, and a 1920 38S&W cal. It's an addiction for me.

Thanks, I'll try and post some pictures, but I need to download them to my computer. My phone won't let me downsize them to load on here for some reason.

Nice find, that looks pretty good. You could get a factory letter from Smith&Wesson on the Revoler you might get lucky and find out it did belong to them, worth a shot any how.

Never Carried openly and never will. I'm just waiting for someone under the new law to be in a shooting and see how it goes for them. I can just see the DA asking if he/ she has a permit to carry and have they taken the outlined state requirements for a permit, then he/ she responds: "No I just purchased the gun two days ago stuck in a holster/ purse and well I shot him." DA- "were you in fear of your life when you shot him" Defendant- "well he was bothering me while I was having my fourth High Ball, and well I had enough of it".

Well I replaced it my self. Bought a new one piece PTG Bolt, and a set of Go-No Go gauges and all I had to do was a little polishing on the Bolt Lugs and I got it to fit. Took a couple of hrs. and it works with the Gauges. Now all I need is to test fire it.

No problem glad you could use my post for inspiration and information. Can't wait to see what you put up, good luck.

Go to the Benefactor section and see my installation of the 15' Telescoping Flag Pole. I tried to post some pictures here but it won't allow me for some reason. The FLAGPOLE COMPANY is were I purchased it from, they have all sizes and have been great to deal with, mines under the Residential Flagpoles Telescoping Best they offer the 15', 20', and 25'. I chose this style because it was easier to put up for me, I did it myself in about two days, one for digging the hole and setting the pole sleeve and concrete. Took me about 3hrs to dig the hole and set the sleeve for the Flagpole, then put the Flagpole up the next afternoon. Check them out they have a good selection. Post some pictures once you decide on what you get.

I'm getting my third today, I choose to do so do to my weekend Immune system do to stage 4 colon cancer and liver cancer. I'm not scared about getting the third dose I've got a death sentence any way they gave me 5yrs but I'm not going to help speed that time-line up by not taking a precaution with this going around. At least I'll have a fighting chance if I do catch it. I had no reaction to the first one. This debate about wether to get it or not is getting so crazy. I bet Phil Valintiine wishes he got the shot. Hears my opinion on it, and this will be my last post on this subject here on this forum, either get the vaccination or not, roll the dice and see what happens if you catch it and die, I couldn't care less it's your life not mine. Have a good day. (I hope Mr. spell checker reads this and tells me what I spelled wrong)

Nice looking SIG, how do you like the HOLSUN. I've got two Staccato's, one is a Staccato P DPO with a HOLSUN, the other one is a Staccato C2 DPO I bought a HOLSUN 508T, and I ordered a Leopold Delta Point also for the C2 DPO. I'm going to mount the Leupold Delta Point on it first and see how I like it. The HOLSUN 507C X2 on my other one is a great sight and works great. Enjoy that new SIG and let us know how it shoots.

Praying for your wife and you. I've been battling Stage 4 Colon Cancer and Liver Cancer. I know the feeling of prayers. Hang in there and take care of her and yourself, God will bless the both of you.

I'll get plenty of rest. You have a blessed day, you seem to need it. And I do mean what I say, you can count on that buddy.

Thanks for the spell check, you must be a genius or bored. Did I spell this right, make sure you check it and let me know.

With stage 4 colon and liver cancer along with 5 bypasses, I chose to do the right thing for me and my wife who has MS. You can do whatever the hell you want if you catch it and die well to bad.

Get the damn shot or not, that's your problem not mine. I got it and didn't go nuts, or grow a third eye or anything else.

I asked GT to make me an old style Bowie Knife. I've always wanted one like the CASEXX, and WESTERN Bowie knife, I'm giving him free range on building this one the only thing I asked from him was to a Blade length 12"-14", and a Coffin style Handle with some sort of exotic wood for it. I can't wait to see what he comes up with, I think this one will be the 5th one I've had him design and build for me.

We're a right to work state, so a company can and does fire or layoff employees at will. It only takes a couple of made up non satisfactory work skills or poor preformance and your kicking cans down the road. Should Vaccines and testing be mandatory well you need to make that decision for yourself. I chose to get the vaccination due to my health puts me at greater risk(stage 4 colon, liver cancer plus 5 bypasses) so the decision is up to your wife, either get the shot or daily testing, or get another job but it seems it's been decided that a lot of companies are going in that direction.

Here's the C2 DPO and the parts to install the HOLSUN 508T, and 3 extra 16rnd. Mags
