Monday, January 20th at 4:05 AM, five teens of ages 13 to 15 years old attempted to break-in using a likely stolen vehicle in an attempt to smash through the front windows of Arms and Ammo in Franklin. Now, instead of the deferring to the executive branch, the federal judges will now have the first and final word about what statutes mean.
