  2. thanks all, they are droping at .357 127grn , loaded on top of 3.6grn #2 acurate they are working good. i know on my 40 they drop at .402 and will bulge that case so i had the same concern on the 9 but after trying 30 or so rounds they seem to be working great. thx for all the help steve
  3. thx frank, i still plan on getting one just not in as much of a hurry, i loaded 20 rounds and other than they needed a little more powder they seemed to work good, they just did not consistently cycle the action. thx steve

  10. i do have a question the reloaders bench had a .357 but is that to far out of spec for a 9mm? i slugged the barrel and if i did it right it was .356

  14. My father called today and told me he needed some 40 cal brass and some lead bullets, which I have good stock of both, my question is, is it legal to mail once fired brass and lead bullets. I did a Google on it and the usps site mention gun parts and ammunition where prohibited, but no mention reloading components. Thx Steve

  17. Still for .04 for the case .03 for the primer .02 for the powder .00 for the bullet- wheel wieghts .09 total or $90.00 a 1000 for practice ammo, god I love reloading

  20. It is my understanding that you will need to purchase new mags as well.
  21. Its not a class per say but I try to shoot an idpa match once a month, other than than dad taught me starting at age 8 or so

  23. I pored it in the cast iron pot that I melt my wheel weights in to make ingots, I figure the liquid will evaporate when I heat up the next batch
  24. On a side note , if you have a barrel lead up I have found a cheap and easy way to clean it. Deleted it as it creates PAA and not recommended for home use
