What is the sole purpose of the Form 5 ? So if I make a trust and my son is on it , he can not use my suppressor which is on the individual in my name unless I am with him. -

Thinking of starting a trust. Questions..... I have a suppressor on an individual form. Will I have to pay to transfer it to the trust ? Did I understand that an individual registered item can be transferred to a family member after my death for free ? Other than floating the registered items among trust members is there any other big advantage to going trust ? What is required info on other members of a trust when it is created , do you have to do background and finger printing of all members when it is started ? -

Have the LCR , great pocket gun. I also have 5 Kahrs , my EDC is a 1911. The Kahr can not be beat as a back up or EDC. You can fit the Kahr .380 in your nose.

WE have the will and power to defeat. Don't think for a second that WE don't. WE lack the GUT to use our power. WE are politically correct. If the will to fight a war as a war should be fought (When WE dropped the B ) then WE would not be talking about this. Our country seems to lack the will to win , WE are winners when WE want to be. WE need to take control of our destiny. WE as gun owners have done our part. WE need to vote the same way but some of WE can't read or get a job. Some of WE depend on others to pay our way. I know a few of WE and I'm put out with THEM ! Thank God for our military men and women .....
