    You don't need a BC for a rifle do you ? Wasn't paying attention to what it was.

    Looks like the only way to loose BC status is by being 45 days behind in payment to TICS. http://www.tbi.state.tn.us/firearm_check/firearm_docs/FFL_20Guidelines_pdf.pdf

    Did they not run the BC before they took your $ ?

    As I understand it , no. You might want to call the local ATF and ask them what the options are....it's been a while since i had an FFL.

    My recommendation also , have it shipped back or see if the shipper will recall. Although when they shipped it the license was good when it was signed for it was illegal ; maybe ?
