Depends on the product....Gander Mountain will price match any other stuff if they want to do it. The one in Knoxville wouldn't price match Walmart or Dicks on ammo stating that it was "below their cost".

I'd carry concealed if I were a paramedic...I mean seriously, you never know what area of town you'll be in and who will try something stupid.

1. Sig Will be branching out to obtain and M&P at some point but right now, I've got 3 Sigs.

Have you tried Summit?

Bank of America to gun company: Find another bank
wcsc12 replied to D3vo's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
Sucks for them but the last part where they were considering not accepting BOA credit cards is just silly and only serves to hurt their customers. -
You can ship firearms via USPS and it doesn't have to go Express Mail. You cannot ship AMMO via USPS because it's considered an explosive. Well, "dealers" can ship handguns. But anyone can ship rifles and shotguns.

http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/sig-sauer-sp2022-pro-9mm.html I've been waiting for this to come around again and here it is. $350 for the 9mm version with Contrast Sights. The .40 is still out of stock for them.

p226 in an IWB holster made by Advance Holsters. For now anyway, may change up my carry options later though.

i have a pink m&p15-22 should i duracoat or leave as is....
wcsc12 replied to williamsburg's topic in Long Guns
I would totally leave it as pink. Honestly, you may not feel manly but how many other guys will have a pink rifle. That makes it special. -
I personally wouldn't trade an M&P for Glock. However, give the Glock a try and see if you like it better. If you don't, no trade.

As stated above, posting is for the non employees. Employees have to abide by the company's rules and your company's rules state no firearms. So if you violate those rules, you're subject to their disciplinary process which will probably be you losing your job. That's good. If he says it's okay to carry while on work premises, then you're golden. I would definitely get him to sign that in writing just in case though but remember if he's the owner and makes the rules, he's the one who can change them as well.

I rather like the M&P's now. I would pick one of them up over a Glock every day of the week.
-
I'd definitely want to hold that other gun first but I'm really liking the M&P series a lot. The price is attractive if you have a LEO/Mil discount.

They changed quite a bit ago. There's a lot of people selling gun parts on eBay and have been for at least the past 2-3 months and that's just when I was looking on there for some. The only bad problem is that nothing is "cheaper". In fact, you'll end up paying more for them from eBay than just normally. I can get Sig Mags for $29 each and the used ones are going for over $30 before shipping on eBay which is silly considering you can grab them from CDNN for $35 new.

Honestly, this has never happened to me in Walmart. Most times, they are always friendly and get the ammo and never ask. However, they always ask for ID and I appreciate that part. Regardless of how often I come in to buy and even if it's from the same guy/girl that remembers me, they always ask.

I messaged the guy but never got a response and it got sold earlier.
-
Okay. I'll try and call him tomorrow. He's got really weird hours but hopefully it will work out. Thanks Dolomite.

So can anyone recommend an FFL around Knoxville that's around the $40 - $50 range for 2 guns at the same time.

http://www.resellerr...Police_Supplies I haven't dealt with them personally but them to have solid ratings here.

Can't find what I'm looking for!
wcsc12 replied to thefinder808's topic in Handgun Carry and Self Defense
I really like the Ranger T's personally. However, the price of the HST is definitely more attractive. $20 a box vs $27 a box is a pretty good chunk of change when you factor in that you'll probably be buying 2 boxes so you can actually shoot some of the loads so $40 vs $52 . -
http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/ar-15-05/lower-parts/palmetto-state-armory-classic-lpk.html This is the one I ended up buying. It's around $54.95 shipped.

wcsc12 replied to thefinder808's topic in Handgun Carry and Self Defense
There's only one brick and mortar store that I'm aware of that carries Ranger T's and that's Craigs here in Knoxville and the only reason they have them is because they ordered them for someone who never picked them up. Other than that, ordering online is your best bet. SGAmmo.com had the best price shipped for Ranger T's for me. I'm not sure about the HST's though but shop around. There's definitely a lot of websites out there. -
Sig P226 Still Cycles After Last Shot
wcsc12 replied to runco's topic in Gunsmithing & Troubleshooting
MecGar was the old manufacturer. There's a new manufacturer now. I can't remember their name off the top of my head though. However, MecGar still makes aftermarket Sig mags that are like $10 cheaper than the factory mags but they have the larger base plates on them unlike the slim factory ones so keep that in mind. -
Nice. I'm thinking about taking the plunge and getting one of these as well. Here's a question though, is it 9mm?
-
I don't know of any place in TN other than Memphis that does Law Enforcement sales but normally, the way I do it, is to contact one ot their distributors (Sig calls them PSSC's) and order it and they'll ship it to you. The price list is up on their website as well. 2011 IOP.3.pdf (application/pdf Object) When going through their list though and calling, the only thing you want to look for is shipping price. Everyone charges something different but the gun will always be the same cost. Also, be sure the PSSC sends you 3 mags. Some of them have been skimping on that part.
