Weapons and Explosives No person while on Postal property, or while performing services under a Postal contract, shall carry firearms, other dangerous or deadly weapons, or explosives, either openly or concealed. As in.......the USPS as what is called a "quasi-governmental independent agency" (like the CIA or NASA) can pretty much be a lone wolf, and do their own thing as they see fit as voted on by their Board of Postal Governors. We've always said no-no to carrying in the Post Office.

But USPS regulations (which carry the weight of federal law) prohibit carry in a Postal Service facility, regardless of the owner of the building.

I have to say this one's a headscratcher.....is she going to get a talk show gig or something like that....or is this to get ready to run for President in 2012 ? Add the personal and political scandals, and it begins to look...not good. Her pro-life and pro 2A views I appreciate, and she is a compelling personal story. (Also hot ) but were she to win the Republican nomination in 2012, Obama would win a 1984 Reagan style landslide.

Well, my friend, first of all I've never understood how Lou Piniella of all people could get on a guy for throwing a tantrum. Lou used to, on a regular basis, as a player and manager, kick, scream, cuss, throw bats onto the field from the dugout, dig up bases and carry them off, etc. So seems pretty hypocritical to me for him to get mad at MB and call him "a piece of :poop:" for getting pissed and teeing off on the Gatorade cooler. As for your second point, I give the Cardinals and Brewers their just credit, but there's still nobody in the N.L. (except the Dodgers) running away with a playoff spot. Did anybody foresee the Reds still in the mix come July 4th ? So let us get everybody healthy, and maybe trade for a right handed bat, and reel off 8 or 9 wins in a row, get some confidence and momentum, and the Redlegs may just break the playoff drought.
