I tend to agree with this. As far as the 3 star recruit thing, to be fair, you have to compare apples to apples. Higher rated recruits will be more inclined to come to Tennessee because it's Tennessee.......powerhouse conference, top shelf facilities, national TV 9 or 10 times a years, etc. Duke just doesn't have that sort of built-in draw, and who the Head Coach is doesn't really change that.
