    1911's

Where are the metro arms guns made? I have heard great things about them.
  7. I resisted the glock bug for years finally ended up with two. It is hard to beat 1911 for an instinctive pointing pistol.
  8. Very nice 1911 Graycrait. As always a fine looking firearm as well Dolomite.
  9. First thing I did when I got my 711 was clean up the edge and gut down a 5 inch tree for a fire. Tree never stood a chance. So you scrapper should be fine for anything you got planned
  10. Sorry pry a door. Dang auto correct
  11. I carried a buck/tops Csar for awhile. That thing was a tank you could baton would or pry a food open with it , just lacked a little in the finesse cutting department.
  12. I really want a sebenza but hard to explain to the wife why I need a 400 dollar folder. She thought I was crazy when I bout my Millie.
  13. I got a sykco 711 great piece of steel. You got yourselves one h&@€ of a blade for a camp knife. Keep it and enjoy.
  14. What do you consider the best edc folder and why. I carry a spyderco Millie and I want a sebenza or an 0561. What about everyone else.

  16. Also bought an izula which is a great little knife too.
  17. I got a 711 and love it, took a month to get it. The first week cut down and tree with my buddy and he broke his bear grylls survival knife. He wants one know. I will post pics soon and definitely can recommend busse kin knifves if u wanna hard use knife.
  18. Hey dolomite you think you could help me if I decide to form 1 a suppressor. Have a buddy that uses a 762sd on an ar not too bad but could definitely stand to save some money.
  19. Apparently not real well recognized unless you are into knives. I figure buy once cry once, warranty is worth anything if something happens and u can't send it back.
  20. Thanks. That's what I was thinking. I want a good utility blade and Busse kin knives seem almost unbeatable.
  21. Hey everybody need help, the wife gave me permission to buy a good fixed blade knife. I have been considering two different blade. I like the ratmandu from swamp rat and the sykco 711 from scrapyard. I don't need anything bigger than 7 inch blade cause I already have a cold steel kukri machete for heavy work.
  22. How are you planning to carry iwb or owb. I carry a glock 19 everyday iwb and never think twice. I had a pf9 I could pocket carry and it was real concealable but shot awful. I can second the cz remark had a p01 great gun.
  23. In the business im in I have seen several wrecks caused by people texting and driving. I know that it is illegal to text and drive but it still happens. It happens not because the cell phone, the inanimate object is dangerous but because the idiot using it. Phones dont cause wrecks, guns dont kill people, cars dont cause dui's.
  24. I think more laws that include more safety features just make the dumb dumber. I can see it know new gun owner, new gun, pull it out of the box use the dna decoder to unlock the slide lock hole cover that locks the firing pin retainer lock that holds the trigger forward so the gun cant fire. New gun owner then shoots wife because he is demontrating the safety features that keep his gun from firing by relying on safety features instead of common sense.
