  1. I would buy a minimum of 200 acres, part pasture, part woods, Build a 3000 sq ft house in the middle of it, (built one that size before, sold it and moved off) that's plenty big enough for me. I'd build a nice barn, shooting range, and up size in boat, really up size. My sons would have their homes paid off or would be buying a home. My wife would have more horses and other animals. I do like the idea of the bunker that glowdotGlock mentioned. Lastly I would like to do some good with it to help others. No way could I spend all that money in my lifetime.

  2. It looks like it's the same thing as a geo thermal or water source heat pump that gets the water heated by the sun instead of taking it out the ground or other water source. I can see it working well if the sun is shinning but useless when it's cold and there is no sun. You couldn't rely on that for your only heat source.

  3. Where did you get the rivers download? I tried to download some of the free maps today from the link I posted. I could not figure out how to install them at all?

I bought them from Garmin. They don't have all the info that the Corp of Engineers charts have but they are good for boating navigation. They have all the navigation aids, sailing line,  and channel markers that the charts have. It has a new name now but this is what I have: https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/maps/on-the-water-maps/lakevu/u-s-lakevu-hd/prod125128.html. They have a better one for $199.00 that looks really nice. You are making me want to do some upgrading on maps.

I've never seen that link you posted. I'll check that out too.

  4. The 64 is a really good GPS receiver. I've had a 60, 62, and now 64. I had topo on the 62 but have not done it yet on the 64. Right now I have city navigator and US inland rivers and lakes. Don't do down load. By the cd. Reason being with a cd you can put it on your pc and use it on the 66? when it comes out, create routes on the pc and transfer it to the GPSr. That's the way I have with my river maps and have used it on all three. On the topo I bought by download, it's straight to GPSr and your done as far as using it again. I asked Garmin about this and they verified this. On city navigator you may have to buy a unlock to do another GPSR or you may get two unlocks with it.

I just looked at topo maps and the topo 100k sure looks nice. That's something new. That's what I'll get soon. Looks like you can only get that with on a card but you should be able to put that on your pc. Hope this helps a little.

  5. The stock mounts to A1 and A2 rifle-length receiver extension tube without A2 spacer so I guess I'm good there. What had me second guessing myself was the "not included" in this by Magpul:  "Mounts to rifle-length receiver extension tube without A2 spacer (not included)". I wasn't sure if they were talking about spacer or tube.

Everything makes more sense since you explained it. If I had needed more parts I wanted to go ahead and get it ordered. Thanks for the good info.

  6. I've only built or owned ar15 carbines but now doing a rifle build. I'm using a Magpul PRS stock. I've ordered buffer tube, buffer, and spring. What's a buffer tube extension and do I need it? If so what is it for? Do I need the end plate with a rifle tube. They come in the carbine kits but I did not see one in the picture of the tube. It seems every part in the rifle buffer needs to be ordered separately and having no experience with this type of ar It gets a little confusing.

  7. Yes, it was just awful. Felt like I was watching a very bad clone of the show. And was it just me, or was the sound level of the dialog so low that you had to strain...or lip read to understand it?

I've been noticing that for the last several episodes.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with that problem but I thought it had always been like that. I have always had to crank up the volume and still have trouble at times.

  8. I've noticed that most trailers only come with brakes on one axle, but after reading this https://tn.gov/assets/entities/safety/attachments/TRAILERREQUIREMENTSTAG.pdf , shouldn't they have brakes on both?

I have found that brakes on one axle works and stops fine but on two axles they get real touchy and are not as smooth stopping. A good controller may take care of that, I don't know. My controller is not the cheapest one but it's not as good as the one mentioned above.

If you get one built I would see about getting it primed before paint. Most are painted over bare steel and comes off over time.

  9. There is a different breed of people geocaching today than there were several years ago. Back at the time this was placed I wouldn't have a problem with it. Today I would. The funny thing is I don't think the people like this stay in it long term. They are all in it for the numbers and miss the challenging and interesting locations. They get bored quick. You used to know every one or soon would. Today you don't know many of them.

  10. I'll go with return duct torn up. He should have checked it while he was there because there is a problem and it will be back in that condition soon. I think you have had a animal under your house. They love to tear into ducts in the winter.

  11. Shelbyville Wal Mart has several of the 325 count auto match and some 100 round boxes of .22 (I think CCI) sitting on the shelf this morning. I got my three and seven were there when I left. I got there at 8:30 and was surprised to see it and no one there waiting on it.

  12. I use to really like his movies, but since I found out his feelings on our 2nd amendment rights I can't enjoy them anymore. I know he is just and actor and his roles are just a job to him, but once you get to the level of popularity he has achieved you can pick and choose your roles, so why does he keep playing the roles he does when his views are so opposite the movies he is in. Maybe I am over thinking it or something but he dropped to the level of POS in my mind with those comments.
