  1.   My wife would agree with you. It was all she could do to watch that.
  2. I also have a Marlin 925m. It's very accurate. The stock trigger is not much but a spring change fixes that and makes it a joy to shoot.

    $40K TV

I laughed at this review:   This is the best TV I have bought. I literally watch Polar Express and thought I was going to get hit by a train. It's weird that it's cost more then my house
  4. My Cousin Vinnie. I  can catch it on TV from time to time and still laugh my butt off.
  5. I put in at Indian Creek one time. I did not like how isolated it was and that only one other boat had put in there. I didn't feel good about it and never went back. Now I drive a little further and don't worry about it. I could see this very thing happening there.
  6.   IMO this is the only way to go.
  7.   I found out about that the hard way.
  8.   Yeah, it could have been lots worse and I was expecting worse.
  9. That's just too cool!
  10. I have 1k rounds of it but luckily it's not involved in the recall.
  11. Same here. I have not done it lately since I got some .22 reserves built up but at one time I would go on Sat. and Sun. mornings. I left without more more than I got some. I did not feel bad about it because I was buying for myself and my sons. I never sold any of it except to my sons for what I had in it. And yes I saw the people we are talking about here and did not really associate with them. I would talk with people that were wanting ammo for themselves like I was. It's fairly easy to tell who is who. After I got some built up I quit going but would check when I was there. I usually don't find any but sometimes I get lucky like I did this morning. They had four 550 round boxes of federal sitting on the shelf at 9:00 am. I guess the resalers were in Murfreesboro.
  12. My son in west TN got one in Dyresburg and I think he paid 250.00 a year and a half ago. He is a beautiful dog.  I can get more info if you want.
  13. I got my first look at one today in .22lr. I really liked it and was tempted to take it home but being off work with a hurt back kept my money in my pocket. I do have one on my list of guns to buy.
  14. I have been reading that the 25gr grouped tighter than the 20 gr for a lot of people. All I have been able to find is 20gr myself so I can't say which is better.
  15. How did the price compare with the name brands?
  16. I got one yesterday and was the first one I have seen. They're pretty cool looking.
  17. I have one and really like it. I can't compare it to a HMR as I have never owned or shot one but it's very accurate. I think Savage could have put a better quality stock on it. I would have paid a little more if it had a better stock.
  18. I saw that at two different Wal Marts yesterday and I think it was $18.87. It's been a while since I've bought any 22 mag and all of mine is CCI but I think that's several dollars higher than I remember paying.
  19. When I was a kid I would walk to the store for lawn mower gas with a antifreeze jug and a quarter and walk home with a gal of gas.
  20. I was in class, second grade. I still remember very well someone coming into the classroom and telling us he had been shot. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Recipe delivered to my wife and waiting on the gumbo recipe. Thanks
  22. Savage Bmag .17wsm. As far as I know it's the only model Savage makes in .17wsm.
  23. I bought a Savage two weeks ago. I got the third one Shelbyville Wal Mart got in. They put my name on a list and called me when my name came up. $298.00. Shoots great but has a cheap looking stock. I found one box of ammo a few days later but have not found any since.
  24. It's not posted unless it's been done since the celebration last year.
